A soul so kind, in France did dwell,
But language proved too great a hurdle to quell.
In want of friend, he took a chance,
And struck up conversation in a foreign dance.
A bond was formed, of laughter and mirth,
A friendship born, of equal worth.
No words were needed, just a smile,
Their bond grew stronger, mile by mile.
They roamed the streets, of that fair land,
And explored, with hand in hand.
Their laughter ringing, in the air,
No barrier too great, for this friendship rare.
The bond so strong, it did transcend,
The language barrier, in the end.
A tale to tell, of friendship true,
Born from a chance encounter, through and through.
