A falling leaf

Do you feel me?

I drift gently from my perch up high,
Soft whispers of wind guide me as I fly.
Golden and crisp, I twirl with grace,
Embracing freedom in this open space.

Downward I glide in a dance so slow,
Witnessing autumn's vibrant glow.
Resting peacefully on the forest floor,
Joining my kin, my journey is no more.
