A Different Breed of Woman

Where is she from and where is she going?

A Different Breed of Woman

She rose from fire

with quiet grace,

a steady breath

that would not fade.

Light traced her skin

like glowing rain,

each spark alive

with stubborn will.

She held her fears

like gentle cloth,

she folded them

and walked ahead.

No storm could move

the shape she made,

her soul was built

from deeper things.

People looked on

and tried to see

the secret place

that made her strong.

She walked alone

without regret,

her calm was sharp

as morning frost.

She faced the world

and did not bend,

a different breed

in every step.

And when she spoke

the room grew still,

her quiet voice

became the light.
