A Day At The Park

Quieting the mind and listening for yet untold truths

By Anya KimPublished 2 months ago 1 min read

Sitting alone, but I am not lonely For I feel the soft kiss of the breeze on my skin I listen to the Earth’s song closely Waiting for nature’s symphony to begin

Birds flying effortlessly, the wind beneath their wings Power, beauty, and wisdom, old secrets whispering within An ancient call to dance is what the creature coos and sings Swaying with grace and fury, the leaves twirl and spin

Something unknown, yet so familiar Hidden truths waiting to be uncovered Old lives mixed with the new, an oddly shaped figure Everything and nothing, everywhere and nowhere, the beginning and the end… so many things yet to be discovered
