In my hands, I hold your vessel.
Now warm and friendly where it once was cold and distant.
I move you towards my lips
And you welcome me with a gentle kiss.
Your sweetness and bitterness bless my tastebuds
As you warmly cascade down my throat.
A cup of coffee is a cozy adventure.
It grabs me by the hand and transports me
To a world full of peacefulness and kindness.
A world of strength.
A world of confidence.
A world of positivity.
Coffee is like a lioness.
Always vigilant,
Always defending her cubs.
Coffee is like a mother.
Always loving me,
regardless of the circumstances.
Its overprotective arms around me,
Covering me,
Like a warm blanket during the harsh winter.
I've never felt safer.
I've never felt more reassured.
I've never felt so hopeful for what is to come.
