A Crow in The Snow

Ice in the city

Today I saw a crow crawling around the snow,

Very majestic in the black on white,

Its wings were very iridescent,

A corny piece of flying protein,

Just waiting for a cat to pounce on it,

Classic piece of fine machinery,

Sorry that pigeons twist its feathers,

The bird is waiting for a crosswind,

To follow the time of its life to explode,

On the scene,

This story is starting to sound good,

Very unpeaceful, awesome,

The canyon is on top of the world,

Pedigree of the bird that quaffs all along,

As the party unfolds on us and multiplies.

This is better than the narration on the animals/geo channel. Love this poem, so vividly and beautifully written.
