A Couple Poems
Both were written in mid-July 2021 and are just now being published
Love Yourself
Don't listen to what they all say.
It's only to bother you anyway.
Loving yourself is more than enough,
even if your past is rough.
I know it may seem hard right now.
I don't even know how,
how do I even begin?
Is it all from deep within?
My Inner Demons
They try to push me down,
six feet deep inside the ground.
No matter how much I cry,
I will be sure to continue to try.
Life keeps feeling like hell,
but I will keep seeking help.
It's hard to stay clean
with only a few months in between.
*No matter what you're feeling, just remember that you are never alone, even if the voices in your head say otherwise.*
