A Chill at my Nape

Boxing with box boxing

By Henrik HagelandPublished 12 months ago 1 min read
Boxing for a future home? Made with AI Dall-E on my own prompt 2025

A breath from another world

Now packed away in boxes

Only glimmers and glitter

sporadically remain

.

A season of light and warmth

Ended by time’s relentless wear

Yet the thought stretched it out

Something familiar found anew

.

Our shared style has ended

Your sense of symmetry and color

Replaced by my minimalism

Nordic light and simplicity

.

I grope and falter

Sorting to combine

The bygone days with the future

But I miss your sense of style

.

The boxes are ready

But is my mind and soul?

An energy-demanding time ahead

For me alone.

This has a beautiful expression of what it feels like to move forward and change. Nicely done.
