Getting Serious About Comedy (Part I)
If I were asked to remark on my life and the childhood that paved some road leading me to this point, I would have to say something about all the funny people who surrounded me for the last 26,872 days (and counting). Somewhere along that road, I became a big fan of laughter and the comedy that spawns it – and, I mean not only my own laughter, but the laughter of others, some of which I have actually been responsible for inducing.

That orange is so lush. I had to click. I really do love the way you format your writing. I don't know if this is how you've always done it, but every time I come to your neck of the woods, I just love it. The blue butterflies guiding my eyes is just lovely 👌🏾 This was a rather interesting take on the challenge. The introduction gave nothing away. Despite the butterfly, you showed us how far your mind could go. The flow of the poem, was like the flutter of the butterfly, fast yet evolving. Nicely done, Michelle 🤗❤️
Those scary horned things in their pre-butterfly form usually destroy my tomatoes. I've never seen them reemerged. Great poem, Michelle.
