A lure, some call a bug zapper.
Some, religious... spiritual...
A humane trapper.
No harmful chemicals,
Seem safe... We?
All but one left
On the shelf,
Insect! I see...
Safe? Again
No harmful chemicals
With my friend.
My friend, my friend, my friend
Grabs it.
Chemicals...
A bug, bug zapper.

The part about a humane trapper with no harmful chemicals is interesting. It makes me think about how we deal with pests in a more eco-friendly way. I've used some bug zappers before, but this idea of a safe option is appealing. Do you think these "humane" traps really work as well as the traditional ones? Also, the repetition of "my friend" adds an odd touch. What do you make of that? Is it just for emphasis or does it have a deeper meaning?
