The heart beats steady, the lungs breathe deep,
A rhythm soft in peaceful sleep.
For health we thank, for life we praise,
A brighter world, a softer gaze.
Each moment blessed with simple breath,
Is life’s soft armor against death.
In every step and every smile,
We savor health that lasts a while.
