A bouquet of twenty-two roses

You can choose the colour

Orange, white, red or pink

Each bouquet of flowers expresses a feeling

The language of flowers lasts forever

Whereas a rose lasts only a moment

The orange rose for joy and the depth of an attachment

The white rose for purity, wisdom, peace and innocence

The pink rose for romance, gentleness and courtesy

The red rose for love, beauty and passion

The number has a meaning

One for passionate love, two for forgiveness

Twelve for a marriage proposal, twenty-two, I have no idea

One hundred and one for eternal love

Whatever the colour or number, it's ephemeral

When you write a bouquet of roses, it stays in your heart.

It will touch a soul, but not the one you want.

I know why there are twenty-two in this bouquet.
