A beautiful day.

The day was bright and chipper,

My head turned up to see the bluest sky,

A constant tune from the avian residents on the branches,

With the sight of squirrels scurrying up the trees caught the corner of my eye,

The smell of lilies throughout the meadows,

While the sound of rushing waters carried on,

As I strolled about the greenest land side.

A day, seldom had with joyful voices,

Merry hearts that rejoiced in all that was,

Was content with all that is,

And hoped for all that would be.

Eyes, that took pleasure in all that went on,

And the beauty that resided in this fair place.
