Demi Lovato wrote her new song "29" for the former relationship she once shared with Wilmer Valderrama, who had been 29 years old when Demi was only 17. Now, I don't know about anyone else, but I absolutely love the power that this very song holds, and I love how Demi felt the need to call out this matter with a song; especially when my own story is something I barely speak out about... due to the fact that nobody ever saw it as abnormal behavior, so I never saw it as wrong until about almost a decade later. Even to this day, after accepting what happened to me in the past, I'm still terrified to say the person's name because of how many times I was told how it could've been a whole lot worse. The sad part was... I actually started to believe that it was fine because others would tell me so.
