Friendship

Seventeen years,

Hold on to what you have,

Until you waste it,

With a bottled effect of rapid emotions,

Not talking the same way we had been,

It is still slightly there though,

A whispered thread of indecency,

Still wish there was a way to get it back,

That would be no fun at all,

Maybe we are just lost in the time difference,

Let us try to figure it out together,

That is always a fun way to try,

Keeping each other warm with anonymity,

Pretend we never left each other's sides,

You know that we have though,

It is not farewell yet.
