Thank you Lord for 2025. You showed me your grace and faithfulness in one of the most darkest years of my life. You light up my world with fireworks from the start to the end. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I am still speechless by how you do things. Surely your ways are above and beyond my imaginations. Just when I thought my world was going down, you showed me that it isn't. You showed me that darkness is the perfect moment for fireworks. I am humbled and grateful to be alive to witness this new beginning.
The count down reached 00:00 and the sky lit up with magnificient fireworks display. Music and screams filled the air as excitement grew with the silent ticking of the seconds. It's as if time could not wait to unvail what God has in store for all of us this year, 2026.
It's going to be a good year as always. "You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance." ~ Psalms 65:11 NKJV

A STOP TO PRAY
At some point in our journey, we arrive at a place where we stop and realize that there is a God who knows everything about us and still cares for us. We see his guidance through a friend, his love through a meal, his wisdom through the nature, and the countless blessings which we enjoy for free most of the time. We often take for granted the air we breath, the body we have, the mind we posses and the so many talents and gifts that we are blessed with. There is God that lives and we are grateful. May our stop to thank Him be at a place where we serve Him, whether it be a prayer of thanks, an act of kindness to a needy, a word of encouragement to a heavy hearted, or whatever your heart feel it's right to do. May we stop to pray, to thank God for His goodness.

Camellia
piercing winter gloom camellia blooms softly such a lovely sight. In winter, in the arboretum and the yards in our region, camellias blooms. Camellia is a tea family plant with lovely flowers. In Japan, camellias have been painted very frequently. Here is one by me (watercolor).
