Vacation Photography

Yesterday I did the last shift for some time to come. So now you finally get a chance to rest for a few weeks. How much rest there actually will be is another question that you should perhaps ask yourself with some form of mature self-examination.

But I actually can't bear that this year.. no, it simply has to be.. irresponsibility will have its fair share of the cake this summer too..

My hope, however, is that it will be a reasonably calm and pleasant holiday. A holiday that I can hopefully live on for a while into the autumn. Maybe it's just a calmness that I've felt I've been missing lately?! A condition that might prevent the system from cracking completely.

By the system, I mean - as you have probably already figured out by now - not Systembolaget. No. I need the system company. And they need me. It is since old. We already made a pact many years ago.

So if there is something in my life that with tireless force at least learns to last, it is my well-balanced load on the state's liquor monopoly. Especially now during the summer. If I were to somehow try to predict the number of visits in the coming weeks, I would probably just guess wrong. So I'll let it go. But with the greatest probability, there will probably be more visits than usual at the "green sign" this summer. It would be good so boring otherwise I mean..

Daily dose would perhaps be to exaggerate the consumption a little. Well, at least if you look at the upcoming holiday season. But the first week of my holiday at least looks like it can live up to the slightly more watered-down motto "always a beer in hand" with flying colours.

Because it is precisely this time of year – Saturday v.28 to be exact – that the dance band week in Malung kicks off in earnest again.

So when this party week now slowly but surely begins to reveal itself to you, there is no turning back. Now the inhibitions are released, and the holiday can pretty much go anywhere from here, it feels like.

The fact that the icing on the cake is 3 long years since it last went up in Malung doesn't mean that the coming week will go in the more dry direction either exactly..

No.. this may indeed turn out to be a wetter variety than normal when it comes to alcoholic beverages and the amount that will consequently be consumed. In any case, if I still know my own - and my drinking brothers' - absorption capacity correctly.. And I would probably still like to claim that I'm still doing it fairly well anyway..

And this thing about spitting in the glass.. it has - for some unfathomable reason - never really become a characteristic that I am now known for..

So hold on to your hat Malung! Because now it's time to leave!even the littlest travelers, for maximum flexibility. Or go the all-inclusive route with resort packages that offer professional childcare.
