River Lagan Walks. Part Three. 2021
Mother Nature is Free.

As I have already revealed in other Vocal stories, the wildlife and scenery in and around the River Lagan in Belfast, Northern Ireland, for me is beyond compare.
From beautiful Heron’s like the one flying above, to beautiful Cormorant’s like the one below.

I love the way I have captured the reflection of this beautiful Cormorant perched on the branch overhanging the River Lagan.
It is hard to believe that we such beautiful wildlife and scenery just a few miles outside Belfast City Centre.

If you are lucky you might get a glimpse and some amazing photographs of the River Lagan Seal, which travels up and down the River Lagan at will, plus it is amazing how far up the River Lagan the Seal can get when you see the obstacles it has to overcome on its journey from Belfast Lough.

It is such an amazing sight to see and photograph at least 5 miles up the River Lagan as it passes by and if you didn’t have photographs to show your family, friends and strangers they wouldn’t believe such a story or sight, but there it is in the River Lagan in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

I love writing and producing my River Lagan Walks books and publishing them for all the world to see.
I also hold free promotions for my books which hundreds of readers have received in those free promotions.

I forgot about my Vocal account until I got an email from them reminding me of it.
When the pandemic began I forgot about a lot of my sites because I was not well, you see I suffer from chronic cluster headaches and sciatica among other conditions which leave me in extreme pain most days.
Since 2019 I have had two minor surgeries for the cluster headaches and am on morphine and cannabis medication for them and the sciatica.
I use my hour or so out each week for my health, mental health and well-being and for my photography, which is my therapy and writing, which is my passion.

It is a magical few seconds when a bird lands on your seed box or hand to feed, such a connection between man and bird, which is an experience you must experience in your lives.

It is only when I began to write and produce my River Lagan Walks books that I realised how much wildlife there is in and around the River Lagan, her towpaths, parks and pathways, and never have I been out that I haven’t taken amazing photographs of that wildlife and amazing scenery.
The sights and sounds of everything when I am out and about are just amazing and since my acquired brain Injury my senses have become more alert than before my brain injury.
It is as if everything is new to me even though I use to play around the River Lagan when I was a teenage.

I love the way my Nikon P900 camera captures, in a split second the movement of one Seagull landing on the River Lagan and the other one taking off, which makes this photograph unique to me in this Earth-Plane of around 7.8 billion earthly human beings.

Once more my Nikon P900 camera captures the beautiful Seagulls as they waltz through the sky over the River Lagan in Belfast, Northern Ireland, the Nikon P900 camera is highly recommended as you can see from my photography with my stories on VocalMedia.com

The Blackhooded Crow is standing tall on this tree surveying his kingdom below.
I call the Crows and Magpies the Watchers because they follow you out of sight, especially when I am feeding the Robin Red Breasts and Blue Tits and when I turn my back they descend like a scene from the Albert Hitchcock movie, The Birds, chasing the little birds away.
So I always wait until the little birds have been fed before I allow the bigger birds to come in for a meal.
