Why morning Rituals are important
You were designed for accomplishment, engineered for success, and endowed with the seeds of greatness. - Zig Ziglar

Believe it or not, you already have a morning ritual and you didn’t even know it. Every day you follow a certain routine because you are a creature of habit. So why are you even reading this if you already have a ritual? Well the point of this blog is for you to learn how to use your rituals to change your life. I want you to finish reading this blog knowing that you have accomplished something and that is a new way of looking at your rituals. Let’s face it, rituals are necessary, & they get the job done in the morning. You get up and take a shower, get your kids ready or feed your pets. Maybe you make breakfast or skip breakfast, maybe you check your emails. The point is that every morning and every night you repeat just about the same routine. They are the things that get done no matter what and you rarely skip those steps after waking up.
What makes the daily ritual so important is that it is the beginning and the end of each day period. The way it begins either makes it or breaks your day. How many times did you wake up a little too late and felt a little too groggy for snoozing your alarm 20 times to only end up with a headache and just enough time to skip breakfast? I know I have been guilty of it most of my life. I have never been a morning person and probably will never be but the truth that I have learned is that if I want to be successful in life then I have to challenge myself and do the things that my body doesn’t naturally want to do.
Today I want to put a seed in your mind that will grow into a beautiful and strong tree. I completely understand that it may take time for you to learn the importance of your rituals but when you begin to feel a void in your life and lack of purpose believe me when I tell you that you will be looking for the right answer when all along it was right under your nose.
There are so many good things that come out of having the right rituals. The list is never ending because it compiles of every single individuals personal desire to experience personal satisfaction and accomplishment and that my friend, is different for everyone.
Right now you may be asking where do you start. Well let me answer that question for you with a question….What are the goals you would like to accomplish for yourself? Would you like to loose weight , would you like to read a full book for once, or maybe do you just want to be able to grow your relationships with your family?
Lets get you going in the right direction today. If you have time to read this, then you have time to grab a sheet of paper and start writing some ideas of the things that you have wanted for yourself. You are doing something great for yourself by taking this step and that my friend is showing yourself a little love.
Step 1. Write your dreams
Write down what you want to accomplish and think about the future success that will come out of incorporating that new habit into your morning ritual.
Step 2. Visualize the outcome
This is the fun part. What will accomplishing your dream look like. What will it feel like?
Step 3. Plan out your new morning ritual
What are the changes that you will have to make to your current morning ritual. Will you have to wake up earlier? Will you have to stop watching the news? This step is important because it is the map to your success.
Step 4. The adventure begins
So the last step is just as crucial as all the first because this is putting it all together. This is what will bring you closer to a stronger mind and body. This will get you aligned to the best version of yourself and last but not least, this is showing yourself that you can love yourself.
It is so important to be kind to yourself and allow yourself to experience what you want in life. You decide what magical journey you will experience.
Stay Selfloveish.
