Human conduct is never predictable. We understand what we need to succeed in life, yet we often fail to act. There are several reasons why we are unable to achieve our goals. Despite the fact that we know we are correct rationally, we often shift away from it due to emotions. Emotions are what keep us going every day, every minute. Imagine you're lying in bed, and your mind tells you that exercise is healthy for you. You ask yourself, "Do you want to do it today?" Or will I begin tomorrow?" and you're well aware that the feeling that sneaks in will determine your fate. This minor distinction might have a significant influence on the quality of your life.

To begin, you must first choose your GOALS. It is quite difficult to reach your objectives if you do not create goals. And while you may have set your objectives and devised a strategy, what use is it if you lack motivation? You won't even attempt to take the first step. It's like owning the world's best automobile, with all of the parts operating flawlessly and the ability to travel quickly while consuming the least amount of fuel. The automobile, on the other hand, does not move if there is no driver or if the driver does not ignite and start the vehicle. Motivation is similar to the spark plug in a car engine. This is what propels the human machine forward. You can have the finest qualities and skills, but if you don't have motivation, you won't get very far. Motivation is the force that propels you to achieve your goals what you're up to

"How quickly does 'not now' turn into 'never'?" Martin Luther King, Jr.

The desire to attain a goal is motivation. Motivation combined with zeal and vigor propels us ahead in life. You may get motivation in two ways.

External Factors Motivate You: When you observe something occurring, it motivates you and makes you move. You accomplish in some action, and as you see the effects, you become more enthusiastic and inspired to succeed. Yes, this must occur for you on a regular basis; but, when you want to do anything significant, there is a chance that you may fail; at that point, you will need the highest degree of desire to overcome the failure and achieve more in life. Though it works, you won't be able to enjoy it all of the time, and you won't be able to rely on it for inspiration.

Internal motivation is the most potent type of motivation. We have all of the resources we need at any given time, and we only need to tap into the correct ones. The passion or interest is what drives the motivation. You don't need anything else to push you once you start living with passion. You're simply determined to be the best you can be in life. Motivation is primarily based on mental images that we have in our heads. I am confident that if I asked you to close your eyes and recollect a moment when you were motivated, and then feel the same way you did at the time and amplify the emotion, you would have felt the motivation inside you as well. As I previously stated, these workouts require you to give your all. Goals must immediately encourage you when you establish them. It has to be offer you a feeling of purpose so that you may go out and achieve more in life

As I previously stated, motivation works in the same way as gasoline does in a car. If the gasoline price drops, you must be vigilant and ensure that the car's efficiency is maintained. Otherwise, the automobile may be damaged and come to a complete stop. The automobile will also come to a halt if the gasoline is completely depleted. In any case, it's not a favorable situation. Similarly, if you don't stay motivated, you won't be able to maintain the energy to keep doing what you're doing. For example, if you set a goal for yourself to lose 20 pounds in a year, you will most likely lose concentration and will only achieve this goal much later. It does not inspire you to succeed. However, if you want to lose two pounds in three weeks, it will inspire you. It remains the same for the simple reason that you are still alive not have been broken down into smaller parts Smaller chores are easier to complete and provide you with greater motivation to do so. And it's not uncommon for success in one profession to inspire success in another.

What can you do to stay motivated?

Visualization: This is a highly effective and simple technique to stay motivated. This visualization approach is used by many coaches across the world to keep their players motivated at all times. All you have to do is visualize yourself reaching the goals you've set, and you'll be inspired in no time. Make a mental image of yourself attaining your objectives and reaping the rewards. This will motivate you to do more and prevent you from procrastinating.

Associating Pain with Not Attaining Objectives: Instead of associating pleasure with reaching goals, attach some pain with not achieving them and watch what happens. It has the potential to make you feel humiliated, bad, and guilty. This will also motivate you to reach your objectives on a consistent basis.

A youngster who was failing in school and not performing well suddenly started receiving extremely good marks and showed a lot of enthusiasm in learning. The cause was discovered to be the boy's father's unexpected death. He was also the family's breadwinner. That boy's father's death served as a great drive. However, unpleasant events do not have to occur in our life; if we take control of ourselves before they occur, we will improve.

A student who had been failing and performing poorly in school suddenly began obtaining excellent grades and had a strong desire to study. The boy's father's untimely death was determined to be the cause. He was also the breadwinner for the household. The loss of that boy's father acted as a powerful motivator. Unpleasant situations, on the other hand, do not have to happen in our lives; if we take control of ourselves before they happen, we will improve.
