"We pay heartfelt tribute to the brave warriors."

Humanity's Fight for Freedom Against Enemies Invaders"

By Karan w. Published about a year ago 3 min read

Independence Day” is the most fortunate word for any nation. In this word lies the memory of great warriors, their sacrifices and tales of bravery, their selflessness, and a glimpse of their great deeds. It encapsulates their struggles and devotion to the nation. Truly, this word is unique in itself, making everyone feel "proud" when one looks back at the nation’s history and remembers those freedom fighters who sacrificed every drop of their blood to free their country. The stories of their remarkable sacrifices inspire future generations towards patriotism.

To attain freedom, one must endure significant struggle; freedom itself means “struggle.”

Every nation and its people dream of not being under foreign rule. Every nation and its people dream of being free. Even if a nation is under subjugation, it needs true, brave, and selfless warriors. But fortunately, such warriors don’t have to be sought out; they don’t need to be told that “our nation is enslaved” and needs liberation. Because those freedom fighters cannot tolerate such subjugation. Their self-respect, their devotion to the nation, and the atrocities happening there are intolerable to them. Thus, they declare the struggle for freedom themselves.

The battlefield of the freedom struggle is not only in the hands of the younger generation. It involves children, the elderly, youth, women, and all citizens who prefer to die rather than live under oppression. A child's first cry after birth seems like a declaration to begin the battle.

The fight begins; the enemy is very powerful, and defeating them seems difficult. Yet the battle is fought, and ultimately victory belongs to the freedom fighters. The nation is now free, every breath is taken in freedom, the entire country is in a celebratory mood, and the chirping of birds seems to be celebrating this freedom and paying tribute to those brave warriors who gave their lives for the cause. It’s time to lower the symbol of slavery, the foreign flag, and raise the national flag in its place. Everyone’s eyes are moist, some shedding tears of joy, some dancing, children running around and playing, and mothers remembering their sons who contributed magnificently to this freedom struggle, sacrificing every drop of their blood for the nation. They might not have lived to enjoy this freedom, but their extraordinary, unwavering courage will continue to inspire future generations and become a source of motivation.

Then every year, that sacred occasion returns—Independence Day, bringing with it valor, struggle, happiness, and pride. We once again remember those brave warriors with moist eyes, who made us proud. These brave souls fought for the nation so that future generations wouldn’t live under the shadow of slavery.

Every nation celebrates this day with great pride, and people pledge to fulfill the dreams of the freedom fighters they had after liberating the country. On this day, the entire nation collectively pays tribute to all those brave warriors with great pride. Today is August 15th, and India is about to celebrate its 78th Independence Day. Heartfelt wishes for Independence Day to all Indians.

Today, we Indians must be resolute in fulfilling the dreams of our freedom fighters. They must have envisioned a bright future for our free nation, which every Indian citizen, who resides on this sacred land, has the right to achieve. We must lead this country on a path of progress where there is brotherhood among all citizens, where women are respected, and where there is no place for violence, greed, or selfishness.

Freedom is a gift given to us by God and brave warriors that truly makes us realize that we are free birds. We are the masters of our own destiny; we are not slaves to anyone.

I have a lot of thoughts on our Independence Day. What if we never fought and were together? There must be people who didn't want to separate... But, everything goes as it's planned. It was God's plan. And I think both the Nations are happy. Even with a border. A bitter-sweet history. The political riots. Most of us still accept the fact that we were one and still are. I mean, if I look at all the videos of 'Indian content creators', I'm like, "What the heck! Why so similar? Exact copy of the way we are!" And then suddenly I realized that we were one. We ate in one plate. I'm so sorry for what happened to us. But let's cherish our present and shine brighter than the World. I swear, whenever I see India getting ahead in something in the world, I'm like 'YEAH', at least someone's over there from 'US'. And for your writing, you beautifully explained what 'Independence' means. I love the fact that every single one of your writing is pure, kind and positive ❤🦋
