The world is full of immeasurable possibilities, that we tend to miss by the simple fact that we are too busy watching other people’s lives. Nowadays people live in a fake perception of the world, the continuous signs that everything should and seems to be perfect, except our individual life, makes us give up without even trying, makes us think that we are the only unlucky ones.

This destructive behavior we create of being a victim instead of a survivor, limits us as individuals. We just accept our faith instead of making it, we don’t even have a real personality we just try to copy what others do, we buy what they buy, we copy their looks, their interests. I’m not saying you can’t seek inspiration, in fact, that is very important but do what you wanna do in your own eyes. It’s very important that if you acknowledge yourself as this type of person, that you can change and become your true self.

Are you at peace when you don’t get what you want?

Let’s create some habits to start taking action on our objectives:

1. Stop caring

We start with a tough but very important habit. How often were you excited to tell someone something you that you were proud of doing, and they just put you down. The large number of people surrounding you, won’t support your dreams and that’s fine because they aren’t the ones that need to make them come true, it’s you. Other people will project the anger and resentment they feel about themselves to you, so if you care about that you will just be wasting your precious time.

2. Create a system

The foundation of becoming a better version of yourself starts with the creation of a system. Planning your day before it happens enables you to organize your life in an efficient and effective way. Committing to habits allows you to free up your brain capacity to make better decisions, and when facing a new problem you will be able to resolve it without stressing out. To create a system you need to write down what you gonna do let’s say for a week, take some time to analyze the example below. Committing to habits allows you to free up your brain capacity to make better decisions.

3. Create small goals and reward yourself

It’s very important that while achieving your main objective, you create smaller goals that are easily reachable. You will find yourself more motivated especially if you take time to reward yourself after accomplishing each of them. Do a retrospective of the achieved goal, if you felt it was too easy increase the difficulty of the next one and vice-versa. Also, take some notes from that goal, what did you learn, will that really help your long-term objective, …

4. Mornings are crucial

Mornings are the most important part of our day, the way you use them will determine your motivation for the rest of the day. In order to become more productive, you should do your hardest tasks of the day as one of the first things you do after waking up, this will let your mind be rested for the rest of the day as you won't have the anxious feeling of "I need to do this", constantly in your head. Me personally I like to only use the phone after one hour of waking up, by doing this I start my day as productive as I can be, I take this time to do my bed, take a shower, read, do some tasks, because I realized how time-consuming my phone could be. I used to wake up and go to my phone instantly, I would lose one to two hours of my morning, and by then I would just turn out to be lazy for the rest of the day.
