You meet an incredibly successful person and find out that he is your age… (or even younger!)

You run into an old school friend and realize that he now has everything that you once dreamed of.

You read a news story about a successful entrepreneur and realize that the idea that made him so much money is exactly like yours.

But it’s not that you don’t have enough ideas. And it’s not about lack of inspiration. And not even that you work carelessly.

“Then what is it?” — you ask.

What is the difference between those who thrive and always get what they want and those who constantly struggle but never get what they want?

In fact, the answer is quite simple: it’s all about thinking. But don’t think it’s that simple…

Successful people only think about what they want.

Imagine: you are looking forward to something and are already looking forward to the upcoming events and dizzying success. But, at the same time, there are other thoughts. What if something goes wrong? And then (most often involuntarily) a picture appears in your head that is opposite to the one you so want to see in reality. And there are more and more situations where you fail. Not only do these thoughts prevent you from coming up with a backup plan, but they also increase the likelihood of a bad outcome.

If you really noticed this for yourself, then rest assured that you are not the only one who is faced with this problem.

Very often, when asked “what do you want?”, people answer about what they do not want. And that’s the whole problem.

We all spend a huge amount of time thinking about what can go wrong, what the consequences will be if nothing works…

Of course, we do not want a “bad scenario” to develop, and extra precautions never hurt. But in the end, thinking about what we do not want, we get it.

Again, the more we think about failure, the more likely it will be!

The subconscious also plays an important role, in those thoughts that we do not pay attention to at all.

Have you ever noticed that if something bad happens, you get the feeling that something worse is going to happen in the future?

We don’t control our thoughts.

The problem is that most of us are not in control of our thoughts most of the time. We act in accordance with our habits, which we acquired in childhood …. Moreover, we are completely unaware of it.

Our mind is a creative machine. No wonder they say that thoughts materialize.

It’s hard to understand, even harder to accept. After all, as soon as you begin to understand that what you want becomes a reality, fear appears.

The only way to overcome this fear is to take full responsibility for everything that happens to us. The good, the bad, and the worst.

In theory, of course, everything sounds beautiful. Well, what about practice?

Where to start and how to proceed?

Step 1: You’ve been hooked!

Now that you know about this, it will be easier for you to begin to control your thoughts.

You know that good thought can be followed by negative ones. Now you are able to keep them and not let them ruin your plans. Whatever terrible situations are running through your head, know that you are able to stop them.

Step 2: Visualize positive things!

Think of good things. A negative outcome should not scare you, because now you understand that everything depends only on you. Learn to take responsibility for your actions and deeds.

Step 3: The power is in our hands!

It’s not about wishing, hoping, or dreaming… It’s about understanding that we create reality from our thoughts. Keep in mind those situations that you would like to come true in real life.

And if everything works out?

You will have more options. You will feel freer. You will have fewer doubts, which means fewer obstacles on the way to your goal.

Just imagine what kind of person you could be if you didn’t have so many doubts in your head.
