Ask Black People About Themselves Stop Assuming.

By Lucnalie JironvilPublished 6 years ago 3 min read

The world is waiting for a change. The hunger right now for change is everywhere more like than we ever imagine in history. The change start when you decide you going to work hard, it does matter who you are, you can do it to help make this change possible today and forever. In addition, do not be afraid to ask for the help when you need it, because we often forget that we need each other because of our pride. After all we all are searching for the same satisfaction in life. It does not matter if you black, white yellow do not matter your color. We want to be heard, accept, have shelter, and meet our basics needs. We may see the way to fulfill these needs differently, but at the end we are looking for the same result.

People have a tendency of devalue the process of success which is your daily routine. When you reach the destination, you are being recognize the success you already own. Therefore, stop worry about what other people are saying about you. Stop worry and giving your energy and attention to people that is trying to influence you to change your path. Remember your purpose is not there, own your time and schedule and know that it’s OK to decline request that was not in your list and do not align with your value because you are working hard so you can build what you own.

So, the change America is looking for right now should start with us, with you first because things change when you change. African American need support and classes to learn how to support each other. I refuse to focus on the history we are told every day and bury own history to how we had end up here as a slave. I believe the change start when we start appreciating each other instead of selling each other. I am not burying the current crisis of cop killing us but what I realize our slavery is in our mind. We are in denied. As matter of fact I walk on the street like I am being shot already, like Martin Luther king and other leaders that is being kill and shot. I do that because leaving in fear will not stop the problem. The change start with us.

Another thing that keep us from reaching our full potential is the oppression and situation we have being put through in America. You will be attack by what you love and what you hate as well. The oppression makes me question the one willingness to give up on each other sometime and treat each other a certain way. After my research lately I found that 70 percent of this country is run on narc traits. Therefore, I am not sure how this racism problem will go away. However, what I do know is if African American start taking care of their mental wealth there will be an improvement. Slavery is also in the mind so therefore that is where we should start because that is what we can control the. I also realize we never stop reacting to whatever was thrown at us. I wish we could learn to respond not react. Whatever you love or fear can be used and will be used against you. Therefore, we must leave a free spirit and be willing to let go. However, that is very hard when we are conditioned to think what we have is what we ever going to get more or even get anything better. Fear is a real thing and let me not lie to you regardless how fearful we are, we should leave like it is my last breath. I fear that what if I never leave freely then what happen. So, I decide to leave freely and hold on to nothing specially materialistically or my past. I use them as a steppingstone.

To be honest with you as I am writing this I know if I died the next minute or year, I have nothing to fear. We often forget that we are like the oxygen we breath we come and go. That does not mean ignore issue, criticism and leave in an illusion. Rather work on the problem, be hard on the problem than being hard on each other as an African American. Take responsibility for yourself and your love one anything is possible.
