The courage to get up again!

Your life, like my life, is neither bad nor good. The past, too, cannot be qualified in any way. And if you tend to condemn yourself for something and run away from that something from the past, you will be a prisoner of those emotions, until you decide to qualify them all somehow, to assume them in your life. Then, as a foundation, to grow further, to build your life. You will be controlled by those episodes from the past that it is good to bring to light, lucid and understand. Yes, you are imperfect and sometimes you are afraid, but that cannot change the fact that you can have courage, you can be loved and accepted by those around you.

You pass people by, you pass by life and you wake up captive in places and situations that are capped and full of wear and tear. Time passes and you lose your mind. How easy it is to get lost in everyday life, guided as if by an “autopilot”. Be there and don’t deviate from the patterns. But life is about going out of style, life is about conquests, about courage and boldness. Life should make you curious, and being curious is the audacity of being vulnerable.

You wouldn’t say it sounds bad, not at all, and the interesting part is that it comes from Indonesia, from the Asaro tribe, and that’s true! Everything you want to integrate in your life needs experience, experience, you need to feel everything you love, everything you dare to conquer. Stop believing that life is lived by books, reading to others about how it is. Life needs you, to be there, with emotions, with pulse and cadence. That’s what it’s all about, start living, have the courage and dare! You’ve had a lot of experience so far, I’m sure! Now is the time to ask yourself.

“How can I use everything I have lived and learned about myself to transform my life and become better as a human being from now on?”

Every experience has its transformational power. You can always ask yourself with curiosity:

“What did this experience teach me and how did it transform me?”

There comes a time in everyone’s life — either in the light or in the dark — when you need to go through an analysis. You need to turn everything upside down and see yourself as you are. You may ask me why I insist so much on this assumption. Far from masks and high walls, the way you perceive yourself is the way those around you do it.

Just as you treat yourself, so do those around you…

Do you need certainties? Then you have nothing to look for in this realm of humanity and vulnerability, here you have no certainty. Everything is possible and you can’t protect yourself. If you are looking for security instead of curiosity, your heart may be locked behind an armor, and that means paying too much.

Any fall or failure can turn into a dynamic process, being a resource, if we are willing to have the courage to become curious about it. So, come on, have the courage to live! How do you do that? Being vulnerable, humane, committed and eager to get up again.

Courage and love for everything!

We keep things unfinished in us. We keep things unsaid. We are afraid to do something, we have all kinds of scenarios in mind — what does the other person think? if I fail, how will I be looked at? and so on We are afraid to love everything around us. When we understand that after every fear there is a wonderful land and our comfort bubble is stupid, we will want to conquer everything with amazement and curiosity. When we see that nothing is accidental and when we radiate love, everything seems to fit perfectly into our goodness and perfection, we will not stop being the best versions of ourselves. And we will live beautifully with good people!
