Life has hit you hard, as it has in the past year and you still stand here today. Strong and tall. You turn around, show the past your back and keep moving forward. No regrets here baby! You are still shining and you are bigger than words can define you.
It is now about time to realise your dreams and make them come true. It is about to rewrite your story. Is it as simple as clearing out a closet? The answer is yes!
Don’t let the ideas run low. If big or small. Every idea has its value. It is worth what YOU are worth. You are the idea. You are not rejecting yourself, are you? So why would you reject an idea?
If it sticks, write it down and get on it! Stop wasting time. Stop making meaningful things meaningless.
You might think. “I got so many dreams, I can’t chase them all”. Yes you can, you just have to write a bucket list and then work on them one by one. Or on several at the same time, if you will.
Don’t let a dream only be a dream. If the goal is big enough to scare you it is a good goal. Don’t let the fear put you off. Become your worst fear and reach your true potential. You got this!
1. Meditate
You cant imagine your bucket list with a full mind. A busy mind. Empty it. Declutter it.
3 – 2 – 1
Sit still and comfortably and breathe in and out. Follow your breath as it is a trail you are following. If thoughts come to conquer your mind gently push them away and return to your breathing. Do this every day for 5 – 10 minutes and you will experience mindfulness. If good ideas start in the mind so do negative ones. So here it is important to only let positive thoughts into your head once cleared.
If time is short on your end, why don’t you have a look at my walking meditation guide. Meditation to-go please.

About the Creator
Jess S
One day I will be myself again,
and this darkness might come to an end,
and all doubt will cease,
and all strength will rise.
One day my tainted memories will be left behind,
and I will be able to see the world through a clear lens.
