Human should make decision

What is mean by leadership..? Is he/she a person who motivates people? Is he/she a person who inspire people? Is he/she a person who supports people? Is he/she a person who works with people.? As a leader is it necessary to be an influencer or not..? what do you think what is a leader please tell your opinion in comment box? From my perspective point of view a leader is....Before I tell my opinion let's read this story which might be beneficial for us and latter on change our life.....!!

Once upon a time at the end of fifteens there was a man, he was working in Ford Company Of Cars. A disputes happened between him and Ford himself as a result of that the man got fired.

This man did not get depressed and give it up.. he decided to be a competitive with Ford Company and SURPASS it also.

So he went to works in Chrysler Company Of Cars. He becomes the manager and run the company. This company was suffering from loans. It has a debt by more than 80 billion dollars, and more than 500 thousand workers were above to be jobless in case company get closed as well as more than 2500 branches around the world will be closed. The company were having only 25 million dollar in bank for Liquidity of the company's capital. This man decided to take actions in different way, so he went to American Congress and request the American president to give him money as a loan for the sake that company will not be closed. The president agreed when he got to know that 500 thousand worker will be jobless, so he gives him 500 billion dollar. The man got the money and immediately he start thinking what to do now..? He decided that as a beginning he should bring the best experts to work with him in the company. He starts focusing on strong department of company and ignoring the weak departments. He focus on skilled worker and how to solve the internal problems so that the company will be stable.

Within four to three months company get stable. After the company becomes stable. He was having another problem which is marketing. How can he make people purchase his company cars.

He got an idea which is that his company car should have a specific features which is not in other cars, so that his cars will be unique.

So he gathered all employees in the company and told them that if you can not make a car which is different from all other car's you all are fired. He gives them 6 months to do that. It seems impossible to do such a thing within only 6 months but because workers were afraid of getting fired. They made it. The company made the first talking car in the world, it was having the ability to say 10 things which are like Do not forget your keys, Do not forget door open..etc.

They sold more than million cars within 8 months only due to this the company paid all of it's loans within six years. Now Chrysler Company is one of the five best car manufacturing companies in the world. All of this started with this man decision.

He decided to be unlimited abilities to be unnormal rather than being normal. He decided not to do what other people will do. He decided to make extra ordinary decision as a result of that he makes a great success.

So in my point of view, I think that a leader is a person who can make decision at critical situation and not to say there is no time. It is too late to do change. He also should help others to make decision.

A leader he should not just look for position and think that how can he keep this position forever. He should not deal with is job as a chair he should keep for him forever. He has to to work hard in solving problems with an extraordinary solutions. He should explodes the hidden powers in his workers.

In conclusion human should make decision and help him self in making decisions he also has to encourage and motivates others.
