Do you know which person can't come to our attention despite working hard on the football field? That man is the referee. The field has potential zones for 11 to 22 players as part of the gameplan. Most of the players only play in his zone except for a few players. Most players don't normally need to play all over the field out of the zone. But the person who roams the entire field throughout the game is the referee. As the position of the referee changes with respect to the position of the ball, the referee becomes an omnipresent being. But the referee is not received that way by the audience, media or even many players inside the field. Right decisions during the game don't exactly get any rewards, but wrong decisions range from being criticized to being punished.

You have to do 2 types of work in your workplace too. One kind of work is like a player, another kind of work is like a referee. Only as players can we get noticed.

At work many of us act like referees. There is a lot of hard work. You have to make constant sacrifices. But our work will not be noticed by many people. Even the praise and recognition for good work will not come. But if you make a mistake, rebuke and punishment are sure and certain.

Find out which jobs in your office work like a soccer referee. Expect less recognition from those jobs, just deliver what the organization wants rather than showing more charisma. If giving your best means exhausting yourself, consider whether you can satisfy your authority by giving a little less.

Don't waste your energy on essential tasks such as showing charisma as a player by spending extra energy on tasks like refereeing. There is nothing to show for extraordinary work anywhere, there is success in making no mistakes.

No matter how good a person's time management is, it is not possible to do everything in the world. So it is very important to understand the priorities of life. In addition to finding success in this short life, it is very important to work for satisfaction, relationships, memories. I think you should take a moment in life to ask yourself: What do I want from myself? What makes me happy? If I leave the world now, I will die with some 'unfound'. Asking a question does not mean that you will get an immediate answer. But familiarizing yourself with the questions and getting used to them is very important. Familiarity with the question hides the readiness to find the answer.

We need to think about where we will use our physical and mental energy. We have physical and mental investment or 'Emotional Investment' towards work, towards people, towards dreams. Our emotional investment also has an upper limit We should also think about the use of that emotional energy. Since we are incorporeal, we have emotions, expectations, apprehensions, insecurities when attached to a person or action. We see the world through our mind's eye.

In this world of ugly competition, we try to experience more of what is bearable and beautiful in our mind's eye. Maybe a few psychics can achieve exceptional psychic powers. Most of us will remain in the ring of mediocrity. Therefore, the use of that mental energy should be by understanding one's own context

As in life there are both ups and downs; Similarly, there is 'the fear of falling in the midst of upsurge' and 'the possibility of upsurge in the midst of downfall'. And that's why the rise calls for 'steadiness and vigilance'. Similarly during the fall also want 'satisfaction and awareness'
