Living a happy, flexible and optimistic life is wonderful, and it's good for your health. Being happy actually saves you from the stress of life. Stress is linked to major causes of death, such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.
One of the best things that has been said so far is that 'the only thing in life that will always be the same is change', and we have the power to make the necessary changes in our lives if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation, we can always find peace in the knowledge that this too will change.
Social networks or relationships are essential for happiness. People are different, people accept who they are or what they are, avoid clashes, constant discussion and debate, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If the arguments seem inevitable, try again and try to understand the situation and maybe you will get better with it.

Religious affiliation is also recommended. Being part of a religious group, its songs, rituals, mantras, prayers and meditation promote inner peace.
Manage your time. Time is precious and wasted. Time management can be seen as a list of rules that includes scheduling, setting goals, planning, listing and prioritizing things to do. These are just some of the goal setting shareware that you can use to manage your personal time management skills. These basic skills can be further refined to include the finer points of each skill that can give you extra reserve to give you the desired results.
Laugh and laugh from the heart every day. Good joke tell your friends or family about it. As they also say - 'Laughter is the best medicine'.
Express your feelings, love, friendship and affection to the people around you. They will probably repay you for your deeds. Try not to let disappointment discourage you, it is bad for your health. Instead, try to find ways to express yourself in a way that does not hurt anyone
Hard work leads to great personal satisfaction. It gives us a sense of accomplishment. Success is important to all of us, it makes us feel valued. Work on the things you think are worth your time.
