Visualize them glowing with joy and vitality.

Expand this circle further, extending love and light to acquaintances, coworkers, and even strangers. Imagine a ripple effect of positive energy, connecting and uplifting everyone around you. This act of sending love strengthens your own heart and deepens your sense of purpose.

Step 4: Creating Outcomes Through Gratitude

Priming also involves visualizing your goals as if they are already accomplished. Think of three specific outcomes you wish to achieve. Instead of viewing them as distant aspirations, imagine them as realities.

Start with the first goal. Picture yourself in the moment of its completion. What does success look and feel like? Experience the pride, joy, and gratitude of achieving it. Celebrate as if it’s already done.

Finally, focus on a third goal. Let the excitement and gratitude flow through you as you visualize its completion. See its impact not only on yourself but on the people and world around you. Celebrate this moment, giving thanks for the journey that led to it.
