Power comes from our connection to the world
How to connect to the world

Powerfulness comes from within us, from the depth of our connection with the world. The more you know how to connect to the depth and breadth of the world, the more powerful you will find life.
True growth is the process of moving from a passive role to one where we actively become our person. The more you know how to be yourself, the more powerful you can become.
How do we connect with the world? Today I share with you three important principles, when you know how to connect with the world, your life will only get better and better.
The first way, learn to feel yourself
The essence of connecting with the world is to learn to feel yourself first. The more one feels oneself, the more one can feel others.
A flower is a world, a leaf is a bodhi. In essence, learning to feel ourselves is the way we can intermingle with the world. Wang Yangming's teleology tells us that the world everyone sees is the world within themselves.
So through our communion with the world, we go to see our inner feelings is the first important principle of our connection.
The philosopher once said I think, therefore I am. When you know how to think, when you know how to see yourself, your inner life will gradually open up.
To connect with the world, we first learn to connect with the self. Starting from the perspective of the self is the best key for us to get connected with the world and to help us open the door of the self.
Connecting with the self is never one-way. On the other hand, the process of connecting with the world is always accompanied by collision and communication with others.
Second, learn to feel others
When we are more able to feel ourselves, we are more likely to feel others. Because you will treat others as another self, so learn to feel yourself first, and only through our feelings will we be able to extrapolate to the feelings of others.
This is loving others like ourselves. If we have never seen too much of ourselves as we grow, then our seeing of others is in a blur, and naturally, we can easily form a disconnect with others.
The real growth is that no matter where we are, through the sight of ourselves, we will not feel alone, and the deeper we see and understand ourselves, the deeper we communicate with the world, and the better we understand the world.
So learning to connect with the world comes from seeing ourselves. The more you see yourself, the more you can gradually see the needs of others.
Everyone's underlying needs are common, and the commonality is the need to feel safe, be loved, and belong. When we can grasp these five needs to build and operate ourselves, we will find ourselves becoming stronger on the inside.
Good growth is shaped by the process of building ourselves and others, and even more so by perceiving our own needs, we will have gradually understood the needs of others as well.
Those who are true prophets also understand others better because of their understanding of themselves. When we understand others, we can gradually build up a friendly system of living in harmony with others.
In this process of growth, we also become aware of what the needs of the self are. Good growth is shaping the best version of ourselves.
The essence of connecting with the world is also based on seeing the multiple needs of the self so that we can understand the meaning of life more deeply.
Third, becoming a master of the world
If we want to learn to connect with the world, the most important thing we have to learn is to become masters of ourselves and the world. How to become the master of the world essentially requires us to read and understand what the needs of the world are.
To truly become the master of the world, we need to know that our inner self is all-sufficient. When you are all-sufficient within, you will have more motivation to explore and help more people to grow up.
Wang Yangming was able to come out of the valley because he knew his inner sufficiency so that he would not be attacked by the frustrations of life, but in a state of inner sufficiency, let himself be rounded, and refine himself in everything he does.
The more rounded a person's mind is, the more he or she will realize what the problem is, will know how to advance, and will know how to shape himself or herself.
A good life is a continuous process of shaping oneself. To become the master of the world we need to know how to live in harmony with the world, how to see our inner creativity, how to see our value, how to release our value, and then gradually build mutual connection and cooperation with the world.
Becoming masters of the world also means that we make more discoveries about life, and we become more deeply aware of how our actions affect the world.
Good growth is the process of taking responsibility for ourselves and understanding that our actions also have an impact on our surroundings and that we are a mutual magnet for each other.
As you grow to know how to love yourself well, your inner life will be released and you will be able to maintain sufficient exploration to realize your inner dreams and long-cherished aspirations.
Becoming the master of the world is not for us to abuse the world, instead, he teaches us to learn to love the world well, just as the world will love us well, but our lives will become better and better as we understand that our lives are a mutual influence on each other.
