There is no doubt that a person needs to start his life by taking care of his health and knowing everything he eats daily,

especially since everyone wants to live a healthy life free from diseases.

4) Always browse news related to health and deal simply with daily life.

It is worth noting that thinking about a healthy lifestyle is part of the treatment program and helps to raise awareness and guide the person to useful and real information regarding health and diet. Unfortunately, there are many people around the world who follow unhealthy habits, as they act in a routine manner without thinking, such as drinking alcohol excessively,

eating fast food in large quantities, smoking, and not exercising. Those bad habits will undoubtedly put the person at risk and contract some diseases, and this person will take painkillers and pills to get rid of body aches and pains.

There are many other bad habits that some people follow in their daily life.

1) Not drinking enough water every day.

2) Not eating enough fresh vegetables and fruits daily.

every person must follow healthy habits that help change the daily routine, which provides him with activity and vitality, and thus he does not need to take medicines and drugs, not even visit a doctor, and he will enjoy better health.

Undoubtedly, obesity has begun to spread in all countries of the world.

It is unfortunate that many people do not pay any attention to this problem and its seriousness and impact on health and the various organs of the body.

Obesity is one of the main factors for colon cancer, and there are many causes that lead to obesity, including:

1) Genetic factors: If the parents suffer from obesity, it is certain that the children will also be affected, because the issue of inheritance plays a major role in this matter. 2) Lifestyle in the family: Adopting unhealthy habits related to eating and nutrition have a major role in causing obesity among family members.

3) Inactivity: Inactivity and sitting for long hours at home lead to obesity.

4) Bad diet: There is no doubt that a bad diet by eating fast food, burgers and soft drinks leads to weight gain because they contain a high percentage of calories.

5) Medications: Some medications can cause weight gain, such as antidepressants and diabetes medications.

6) Social and economic factors: The lack of suitable places for sports is one of the factors that lead to weight gain and the inability to buy healthy foods that are beneficial to the body.

7) Age: Advance age is one of the factors that lead to weight gain, due to hormonal changes in the body.

You must reduce the amounts of food in meals and increase physical activity in daily life.
