1. We are what we think we are.

2. Sacrifice is so much easy when we know we have to achieve something. We easily start giving up things that we know will come in our way of progress and success.

3. Anything that we have done in our mind, we have done it in reality, no matter how tough it may be. Toughness is only our fear.

4. Looking at people less-privileged than ourselves improves our abilities. Looking at more privileged people makes us chase money.

5. To learn anything easily, enjoy it, feel it.

6. Even personally starting to boycott or cutting down on products from countries which are oppressive, will make us feel good. At least we did our part.

7. Part of success is the struggle to reach the right place at the right time, but using the right resources and the right ways of doing things.

8. As the night gets darker and darker, the day is bound to come. As injustice increases, justice is bound to come.

9. Instead of always complaining about an authority who forces a lot of rules on us, we can sometimes perform a task beautifully our own way and the authority might be impressed and thus accept our way.

10. Unrestrictedly following our animals desires wastes our time.

11. Once we lose our excuses, we’ll find our results.

12. Forcing people to love us will not put our love in their heart. Rather, we can make them love us by our character and actions. Remember, only those people are liked who are likeable, meaning, they have characteristics that are likeable.

13. Talking to the right person when we feel that we have a grudge or something wrong with them often helps resolve the issue faster. Talking to the wrong people or talking to other than the right person may not be much fruitful.

14. Its important to not only chase what pleases us on the outside, but also to keep our insides clean. For seeing is not only the presence of light on the outside, but also the ability of the eyes to see.

15. Remaining mindful and calm with every situation helps us resolve issues better than becoming angry and unmindful.

16. Performing a task like a robot, rather than with it's true spirit can make the task a burden.

17. Sometimes we may feel that we’re stuck in a routine. But if we experience new things at regular intervals, we will realize that the routine breaks down and the burden of the routine can lighten up.

18. Working based on priority helps relieve our mental burdens.

19. Reconsidering our tasks and then adding and deleting them as required helps us lighten our unnecessary burdens.

20. If we do whatever we possibly can within our given circumstances, we will avoid wasting time.

21. A way to motivate ourselves to work hard is to imagine that we have reached the day of judgment and that we are about to enter paradise.

22. Thoughts on this worldly life: Its easy to get lost in this worldly life. Its easy to be distracted by temporary joys. We start eating good food and two hours later we have forgotten everything. We start watching a good movie and its forgotten the next day. But we keep returning back to these things thinking that they will remain forever. We do not realize the temporary nature of this life.

No matter how much we enjoy this life, it is a true realization and fact that we can never get the ultimate entertainment on this earth. No matter how rich and how well-supplied we are, we are always reminded of how low this life is. A rich person will also need to urinate, defecate, get sick etc. The rich person will also have to face diseases, no matter how rich he is. And not to forget, everyone will eventually have to die.

Therefore, its important to realize that we need to think about things in the broader perspective. Death is inevitable and thus this worldly life is not the real end of the story.
