Most of my life, I have manifested things without really understanding what manifestation means or what I was even doing. This goes back to just even getting certain toys that I wanted. As I got older, It stopped, and I guess the biggest reason was because my mentality started to change. I stopped really believing, and just figured life was supposed to be a certain way, and in return that’s what I was given. However, as of recently, I’ve really been manifesting things into my life – from certain people I wanted in my life to just random items that I wanted. It was crazy how it happened, and honestly it all started from a little red notebook that I carry around with me, and write things that I want and just tend to read over them, and then next thing you know poof it happens.
Over time, I have received a lot of question on how I did this, and it’s weirdly so simple, and I’m pretty sure it’s what everyone will tell you – and you’ve probably thought ‘yeah right! That doesn’t work’, and think ‘this Is just stupid’, but honestly there’s not much to it. You just have to:
BELIEVE that whatever you want is yours. No matter how outlandish it may sound, or how outlandish what you want may be. You just truly have to believe that it is yours, that you deserve it, and nothing can come in-between you having it. A lot of times we say we believe and don’t understand why it doesn’t come true, but that’s because we really don’t believe it. You can’t start off saying ‘This is mine. I deserve this’, then turn around and give yourself multiple reasons as to why it shouldn’t be yours, or why it isn’t yours yet. This wishy washy mindset is what stops it from happening, which brings me to the next thing.
You must have CLEAR INTENTIONS. When I first really started getting into manifestation, I ran into this problem. I kept saying something is mine, and that I really wanted this, but when I didn’t receive immediate results, I would start to say well maybe this isn’t for me. Maybe I should go for something more manageable. Maybe this particular person isn’t for me, but that’s not the case. When you start to think like think, you’re putting into the universe too many unclear intentions which will in result give you unclear results. You really just have to know that this is what you want, and be 100% sure that this is it. You can’t say you really want Guy A one moment, and think they’re perfect for you, and then turn around and say you know what? Guy B is a much better person. And continue to switch back in forth just because you’re afraid you’re not going to get the one you truly want. You have to realize that manifesting something doesn’t always happen within seconds. I once read something that said: Manifesting is equivalent to buying something online: you buy the item, and then you wait for it in the mail. Of course, you may think about it, and check the tracking to see where it’s at, but you already know that it’s coming. That’s the kind of mindset you must keep manifesting something.
Write it Down. I personally think it’s the best idea to either write it down, or make some kind of collage with the things that you want. You don’t have to do this, but I can honestly say it helps a lot. The main reason it helps for me personally, because when I do get the things that I want, and go back through my book and see that I have them, it blows my mind, and it helps me to believe and visualize more. I personally always write them down, and check them off as they come true.
Visualization. Our minds are way more powerful than we give them credit for. Visualizing what you want in your mind, and just seeing yourself using the item, and enjoying the item helps to make it feel real. A really good example of this is one time I was just sitting back thinking about how I was hungry and really in the mood for Cheesecake Factory, I closed my eyes and thought about what I wanted to order, and how I would enjoy a big slice of Reese’s cheesecake, and when I opened my eyes, I had a text from my mom saying ‘You want to go to Cheesecake Factory?’ I laughed and figured that was just a coincidence, but it wasn’t. It was me visualizing something I wanted, and having the universe bring it to me.
Lastly, you must just have an open-mind. A lot of times, even without realizing it, we tend to be very closed minded without realizing it. Everyone thinks that they’re open until something is introduced that sounds a bit extreme, and then a person will shut down, but you just can’t do that. Once you really open your mind, and open it to all of the possibilities, you tend to realize that the world is your oyster, and everything you want can be yours.
