Just Doin’ It!
Doing the things I want to do - in the ways I finally can.

Every day starts off differently.
No matter what I do when I wake up, it isn’t always going to be exactly the same each day & I actually prefer it that way.
Although I stay consistent with my morning routine which is being grateful for another day to embrace endless opportunities to find myself over & over again...

If I told you that I wake up at 5am & have days filled using my time wisely every day now compared to before;
sleeping in until noon & having the least amount of motivation to do anything productive, would you have believed me?
I mean, it’s absolutely possible to make changes within yourself when you really want to. I certainly did, once the pandemic hit. It was difficult knowing I wouldn’t be able to see my family back in my hometown for more than 3 months - which eventually extended to present day (which is now over a year since I was home last).
It made me incredibly sad.

To know that I used to be like that really shows how much I’ve changed over the past year & a half. I choose to make many changes within myself in order to evolve daily - into the person I am becoming in the present moment.
I wouldn’t get anywhere with being stagnant & a lot of the credit goes to how I take care of my mental health & well being. Something I have always been pretty good at was giving self care a priority. There’s just something about facials & breathing in aromatherapy I tell ya. Unfortunately when life is so constant & you forget to give yourself that breather - a self care routine is important to apply often & most effectively in a routine that works for yourself :)

When things seem to be coming at you rapidly & almost non stop that you end up feeling overwhelmed at about everything or anything that comes your way, it is a sign that you should probably take a moment to just breathe, be there for yourself to ground your breath once again & remind yourself - what you do with your time is precious.
These are the things I remind myself of because yes, the world is really going through it right now & yes, because the ball drop doesn’t halt for anybody - the least you can do for yourself is love yourself. Heal yourself. Express yourself in ways you’ve been meaning to get back to. Live your passions out now because time doesn’t wait for anybody to make what you want to happen, happen.
A simple reminder here & there is how I get through my days. Like I said at the beginning, each day isn’t going to be exactly the same but it’s what I choose to do with my time & when I choose to grow from my past - will be how I move forward in this life.

I am fighting my personal battles daily & I hope to learn how to overcome the fear of letting my mental health take over my physical self.. I am strong willed & grateful for this life but somehow, I still feel guilty for complaining about the little things.
I guess what I’m trying to say is, I constantly try to put things into personal because in reality, if you are born into this world & have the resources to be able to live a happy & healthy lifestyle - then you are the vast majority of people that have the privilege to a better life. I honestly think some people take this life for granted when there are clearly so many children, peoole of all ages & countries suffering during this time & it makes me incredibly sad that I can’t do much except for pray for them..
A goal of mine is to get back into giving back & one of the many ways to do that is by donating to certain charities & supporting local businesses. Moving to a whole new city prior to the pandemic basically saved my life. It’s just so wild to think that if I had stayed unhappy in one place - I wouldn’t have gotten to experience the life I have now.

Way back when, I didn’t know how to take care of myself properly. It’s funny because as a performer, you’d think I had all the proper diets & health routines... NOPE.
Not only did I fail to support my system but because I wasn’t taking care of my body 4 years ago - the way I do now, I can truly say that I am way healthier than I was back then. Being hospitalized for overdoing myself in the big city made me recognize that I needed to slow down.
As much as I loved the hustle & grind life - I was missing that extra care for my body & i’m truly thankful that I am aware of how to take care of my system 4 years later. I take my vitamins every single morning & continue to stick with the 3 step ‘Thrive’ by Le-vel has to offer & so far so great!
If you already didn’t know, gut health is one of the most important things we need to educate ourselves about; to improve a healthier gut flow, mental clarity & even weight loss / gain, depending on your individual body goals. As much as I loved drinking my coffee in the mornings, I started to notice how horrible it would make me feel. 1) my stomach would start turning 2) upset stomach would turn into bloating & back my system up (which is super unenjoyable) 3) I wanted to find a better alternative to finding clean energy for my daily routines.

Ever since I started thriving & adding the 3 step to my daily routine - the past 8 months of my life have been the best waking up & that’s not a lie. Even I thought it was pretty odd watching all these people talk about this regimen but it truly does do wonders to the system & I think it’s because I chose to thrive in silence for a while - I really started to see results every time I took progress photos of myself. Not even just physical changes but mentally too I was feeling more optimistic again & that energy I used to lack was restored.

Once I began to take care of myself & stayed consistent with watching what I put into my body - I was amazed at how clear my system would get. It’s pretty hard to get into a new habit especially if you’re not willing to change but I really committed to myself because I was tired of excuses or even just not putting myself first. I love that my partner is also thriving with me because it has shown a lot in his progress as well just by taking these daily vitamins, he no longer has a Tito gut (dad bod). I’m not saying there’s anything wrong about having a dad bod but he thanks me every day for getting him on this when I started. I could go on & on just talking about how much it’s helped me but I solely want to talk about it in order to help others out there too that might be struggling with their health or even with just needing another source of residual income.
They’ve really thought it through. 8 years in - the company has helped millions of people get their health back on track & also become a part of this community of people from all around the world wanting to make better changes for themselves! Personally I love being a proud thriver & I look forward to continuing years from now. I’m just curious to see how much else my body can sustain the stress daily life puts on but so far so good. I’ve been able to deal with things properly instead of hating my life & giving up. I want others to know there is hope.

So for starters, this is how I would take my vitamins! It’s as easy as 1, 2 & 3 all under 30minutes. Simple right? Now incase you are aware of what you may or may not be allergic to, it’s always important to consult with your doctor before taking an type of vitamin supplements/ medications. As this offers gut health, support towards cardiovascular, mental & respiratory- I knew I was going to be intrigued.
First thing in the morning I take my premium lifestyle caps with a full glass of water (2 caps if I’m needing full awakened energy or 1/2 if I just need energy to get myself going). I then set a timer for 15minutes & while I go freshen up for the day the 1st step is already starting to work.. basically my body is sending signals all over that I am now awake & have to release #1 or #2 - the fact that your body is clearing out is a sign of good digestive flow.
Once my 15min timer goes off, it’s now time for the lifestyle shake! When I take a full dose I’ll drink a full pouch mixed with water & if I do a half dose I only drink half of the pouch. This helps support my body in ways I never knew was possible. It helps to fill in your nutritional gaps so that your body can sustain itself until you can get food in your system. I’ll usually drink my shake & as soon as I do that I slap on my 3rd step - my DFT which stands for - Derma Fusion Technology. The patch is wearable nutrition, essentially this 3rd step allows the vitamins I just took, to circulate all through my body all day!
Once all of those 3 steps are complete I’ll eat breakfast or if I don’t really have the time or appetite - we’ll go straight to work since we start so early in the day (5:30-6am starts). Keeping this is mind that it’s not a meal replacement, it’s important to still eat something to help the vitamins kick in. It’s incredible how I feel when I do this every day & I honestly don’t see myself stopping.

Now it’s time to conquer my fears & be my best self moving forward from now on. I will continue to take care of myself & my loved ones & pray for the world in hopes of all of this isolation to come to an end. I just want to be able to see my family once again & still see them happy & get to live a long, healthy, life.
Stay safe out there & take care my loves. I appreciate you taking the time to read my first story. This is just the beginning of what I have yet to express on this platform & I love the fact that there is so much being said.
-Much love always,
