I had lost everything. My confidence, my dreams, my thoughts, my intelligence, I had lost my reality.
I had become so demotivated at that time. And I continued to say, " I can't fulfill my dreams, "I don't have talent."
Now, after hearing such negative things, you must be feeling that maybe I have some disease, but no, I do not have any disease.
However, your point would have come true if I had not realized my mistakes in time.
During and after COVID-19, social media increased quickly. Most people began making money online. I was also thinking of making my career in this digital world. From this time, I started using more social media.
One day while I was scrolling Insta, I read how a boy made millions from Insta in 3 months. I used to watch many videos like this one after the other. These videos started attracting me. Even though these videos were supposed to motivate me, they demotivated me.
Like all the people I knew, I started my YouTube channel. Make 1-2 videos. I was attempting to emulate a YouTuber I admire. His thoughts and his words overpowered me so much that I was losing myself.
I created an Instagram page and started youtube, but I could not continue because, at that time, there was a fear in my mind that will I also become successful like those people. Will I be able to attract people like him?
Do this, do that, and become a millionaire on social media. There is a lot of content in which we get confused and can't do anything.
When we watch videos like this, "Make lakhs from this, he earned crores," Then we start to underestimate ourselves. Especially at that time, when we do not have any job, we are sitting empty.
Thank God, I understood this very quickly.
Now let's talk about the things that I did at that time.
1) I knew myself-
Knowing yourself is very important in life. Once sitting calmly and thought what do I like? Who I am. We should not change ourselves at the behest of anyone. Keep one thing in mind every person is different. Every person has different kinds of talents. Now we need to find out what talent we have.
2) Quit using more social media.
There is nothing wrong with using social media. But, using too much of anything is harmful.
Now my work is done on social media, so I cannot stay away from it much, but I keep as much distance as possible.
I spend most of my time reading books.
3) Nature
I sit under the open sky every day. I go for a walk on the seashore once a month. I go for a walk alone so that I know what I like! How am i
4) Play with pets
Who among you likes cats and dogs? Do tell me in the comment. I have two cats and a dog. Whenever I feel low, I play with him. I talk to them. Believe me, if you give them love from your heart, these pets will also give you more love than that.
5) music
Music has also given me a lot of support. I listen to music every day for a short time. That makes me feel better. But music does not mean that you listen to any songs.

I read and write because that was always my dream and I want to make it come true. I use social media to promote my work. Sure, I'll sometimes see what my friends are doing, but life is for living and we can't allow life to be built around social media alone.
