I Believe That This Is Going To Do It.
2020 is the year of growth.

I don't have a clue as to what I am doing right now. But I think this is what I am supposed to be doing. I was encouraged to start writing a blog almost 2 hours ago by a good friend of mine. Thanks Nicole! It's always been something that's been on my radar, but like most of us, I didn't think I was good enough. Well...here goes nothing.
I quit my full-time job (CF-L2 Coach) to start at a job (Personal trainer/CF-L2 Coach) working part-time with much more potential for growth. I went from being "OK" financially, to struggling big time. My bank account has been negative since the first week of October. But I continue pushing. I am slowly but surely acquiring more and more personal training clients and it's been increasing my confidence. Confidence allows us to go for the uncertain things we want.
Selling myself to my clients and potential leads via social media platforms has always felt off. But in this position, it's something that must be done and I'm getting better at it. In order to become who I see myself being, I have to put myself out there. I have those emotional conversations. With myself and others. This process has been very uncomfortable from the start, yet I believe that this is going to do it. I believe all of these character-building moments will give me the skills to solve more problems. Whether they are problems of my own or someone I am looking to help.
2020 has been the year of growth. When the pandemic started, I decided to make my idea a reality. I had ample time to sit and relax and that brought forth the profound thoughts I'm putting out today. I created a website (chasingeffortless.com) and from there, went on to create my own brand of socks. I literally did all this from my couch at 1am while my girlfriend slept. They aren't the best, but they are mine. I produced this and it all came from my mind. That's a scary thought, right? You can literally think of something and bring it to the world. I'm currently in the process of figuring out how to bring my brand to life in a bigger way through apparel that IS the best.
I don't know what I'm doing, but I believe that this is going to do it. As I'm writing this, I feel this strange sense of accomplishment. I'm hoping this is something I can stick to and hopefully encourage you to do whatever it is that you "need" to do.
