1. Re-educate your mind and adopt without an excuse a personality of positive character
This is as easy as starting from now on to change the way of thinking and living with a mind in which the positive predominates and not with one in which there is a continuous rain of problems. Empty your mind a couple of times a day. Eliminate all those limiting ideas you have and fill them with other motivating and inspiring ones.
2. Be confident in your abilities and believe in yourself
Make a list of your strengths and achievements so far that will help you convince yourself of your strengths. Do not throw it away, save it and review it when you need it or have a less motivating day. Remind yourself how much you are worth.
3. Don't be afraid of success
One is usually the result of one's thoughts and what one imagines oneself to be. So bet on prosperity and not on lack.
4. Always expect the best and never the worst
What is more worthwhile for you? Spend all your time and energy thinking about the worst or the best? Repeat positive ideas and motivational phrases to yourself daily. You will know better than anyone which ones will be right. Did you know that success attracts success?
5. Override negative thoughts with positive ones
Do it as many times a day as necessary, and override the negative with the positive. You can pronounce relaxing words like calm, happiness, or relaxation. Free your mind from pessimism before sleeping because that's when the suggestion is most receptive. Take the opportunity to think about all those things you like and to travel mentally to places you love. Review pleasant mental images and visualise yourself happy.
6. Learn to relativize problems, whether big or small
Be flexible in your attitudes and views. No matter what happens, the important thing is the attitude with which you decide to face the problem. Be grateful, get angry and worry about the minimum. Do you really think it's profitable to invest such an amount of energy in maintaining negative attitudes? I already tell you no because, in the end, they make us sick and make our lives bitter. Everything you do, do it well, but above all enjoy it and be calm. Bet on what you like and it makes you feel good. Discover your personal and professional capabilities and focus your life around them. Design a personal and professional life tailored to you in which you do what you do best.
8. Eliminate negative expressions in the way you speak
Use motivational words, avoid conflicts and do not use inconsiderate words. Bet on calm and optimism. Say what you think but always in good ways and without confusing realism with pessimism. In short, speak to others as you want them to speak to yourself.
9. Try to surround yourself with other positive people
Of those that only add up and are for good and for bad. People who help you grow and become a better person. Locate those lifesaving people who know how to give you a shot of positive energy when you need it. As for the toxic ones, avoid them and if this is not possible, dose them.
10. Focus on the present and prepare for the future
Forget about the past and all those memories that torment you. Except the beautiful, pleasant or motivating because the latter are worth taking into account. And if you have immortalized them in photographs, use them to decorate your house and keep them present daily. It will make you very happy to see them and motivate you to live unforgettable adventures, those that remain forever in the (good) memory.
