A Little Bit About Audrey Hepburn.
Audrey Hepburn was a British actress, Belgian born in 1929. She devoted final years of her life by doing humanitarian work and in 1992 she had received the Presidential Medal of Freedom. She was also a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF in the late 1980's. She was more than just an icon, She was a philanthropist, Humanitarian and a Feminist.

1. Smile when you're Happy until your cheeks hurt because like Audrey once said “Happy girls are the prettiest” Smiles and laughs can be very contagious.
2. Enjoy cake or any other delicious desserts.
3. Meditate, Inhale and Exhale. Sometimes a deep breath is what you might need and is good for managing with daily stress. Take care and acknowledge your mental health.
4. Believe in yourself and push yourself to achieve your goals and dreams whether they be big or small. “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” Don't give up even if you do not succeed.
5. Think Pink, Try to be more positive, Remember tomorrow is another day another chance.
6. Be grateful to who you have around you and what you have. Tell the people you love that you love them and appreciate them. This could be your family, friends, pets or anyone you love at all. Just tell them!
7. “ The Beauty of a woman is not the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries or the way she combs her hair” Beauty can be interpreted in many ways but beauty comes from within a person, Ugly should not be a word. I love the movie Funny Face because it teaches you to learn to accept and love your features,traits, and most of all yourself. Also,there's nothing wrong with being different, everyone is perfect in their own way.
8. Enjoy your life, learn, grow, Pick up different skills and hobbies ( languages, knitting, playing an instrument, start a Youtube channel, pick up a sport,cook, bake, work out.
9. Put yourself first sometimes. Be Happy, that's all that matters. I believe that The Little Things in life are what makes it great.
10. Love and appreciate Mother Nature. Enjoy the sun, go on long or short walks and always keep hydrated.
11. Forgiveness is key, don't hold grudges. Life is too short.
12. Accept and learn to love your "Flaws" (insecurities) and don't point others out, everyone has them, it's what makes us human.
13. Even though the truth can hurt, Be honest with yourself and everyone around you (but not brutally honest)
14. Be kind to anyone and everyone, You really don't know what someone is going through so try to be more empathetic and sympathetic.
15 .“As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others” Give back, help others and do good.
16. Accept that people will have different opinions to you.
17. Have good morals and values.
18. Educate yourself on topics you do not know much about or understand.
19. As you grow older never lose your inner childlike aspect.
20.“Paris is always a good idea” Travel! It does not matter what your age is, travel and explore all the places you have ever wanted to see.
