
First of all,health is very complex, because they are a lot of variation.
Some people thinks they don’t use cigarette,alcohol and they are healthy,but it’s not true.

On the other hand eating is very important, you have to eat lot of fibre,vitamins and minerals. Eat enough fat, protein and reduce carbohydrates. Exclude “useless “ nutrition for example McDonald’s or sugars!
Sports in life! Sport plays a crucial role in life as it promotes physical fitness, improves mental well-being, and fosters social interactions. Whether for competition or recreation, sports contribute to a balanced and active lifestyle.
Do you know intermittent fasting?
The easiest way to lose weight,because you can eat only 3 times a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can eat for breakfast eggs,fruits , oat and etc. For lunch salad,meat or any optional portion. Dinner: salad, vegetable’s, low carbohydrate bread. Sometimes hard but in 1 week you will be stronger and it will be easy to follow this diet!
Drinking!
Drink water! Only water! Coke,fanta and any drinks that contain sugar, let it go! You will get minerals from water! Love water!
