Having a routine is something that has to be a necessity. How would life work without one? A routine helps you be more centered, living at peace, and organized with your life. The morning routines are my favorite so I will elaborate on that. My morning routines are peaceful. Getting breakfast, doing exercise, walking my dogs to the park, and being able to see my family. Since Corona started most of all are stuck at home except for my dad he works so much.
Getting breakfast has always been a tradition that my family has done for my sisters and I. We either buy breakfast or we make it. I love getting my breakfast done because I feel like royalty. When my mom makes those special pancakes it takes me back to my childhood. My childhood is special and full of wonderful memories. I want to be able to eat breakfast with my sisters and hang out. When I am back at school and I don’t have a class that is Bert early I am able to go to get breakfast. I went to Starbucks and get a chicken pesto panini with a black unsweetened tea.
Doing exercise is an important way to keep your body and mind connected. Life is stressful and due to these times you need to have sanity in yourself. People are too violent focus on loving each other and supporting each other. Make sure you have a lot of peace and love. I love working out with YouTube videos and sometimes I meditate with an app called Calm that a professor from Penn State Janet Swim recommended. My exercise are specifically to be thankful during these times many people are losing their lives, not being able to say good bye to their families, getting killed by police officers, and getting lynched. It is hard times and we need to not seek for violence in our homes if there is a lot going on in the world. Hug a family member, call a parent, text someone that you hurt and apologize. This virus has taught me that life can end in seconds, so let’s not waste it with hate in our hearts. Let it go and be happy with yourself.
Waking my dogs to the park is liberation for their soul. Being able to have a pet and showing love and affection to them is important. You need to be able to be there for them. My dogs understand they always make me feel like a princess. Having dogs is amazing because they listen to you and they care about you. They are not faking their love towards which makes it a better thing to be with them. I want to adopt more in the future and be able to make them mine forever.
Being with my family due to this virus is a blessing. With so many horrible things that are happening something needs to bring me peace and faith. I do pray a lot for my family and the world. My family is what makes me not give up because they are the best thing that I have. Family is the most important thing in the world. When they leave this world you will feel an emptiness in your heart. Thankfully for me I have the best thing in the world from them there admiration, love, and care is all I need to become a better human each and every day.
We should never let a virus or bad things in life take away something so special that we have the connection with others and the love that we feel with ourselves. Corona will not get the best from me never. We need to keep being happening and strive for happiness each and every day. Corona has killed many lives so do not let it endanger you. Social distancing, masks, and caring for others will help this virus reduce.
In concluding these are my morning routines. We should always fill our lives with happiness and love. If you have something or someone that keeps on bothering you remove them from your life. Avoid doing things that traumatize you and things that don’t appreciate you. Find the change that you want and do a routine that fits well with who you are.
