I've been on this glow-up adventure for a week, but to be honest, I haven't given it my all; I've been uninformed and inconsistent, and I couldn't keep up with all of my ideas for a glow-up... But I have no intention of giving up... I can't expect a major change in my life to happen overnight... it's all about holding on to the suffering while the process of transformation unfolds... It's a chance to be exactly who you want to be...
It felt like everything was a mess... it felt like entire life was disorganized... and you were expected to declutter it... You're the person who can always make the changes, you're too lazy to do things, then you want to be productive but don't want to get up from where you're sitting... Make changes that motivate you... do new things... have a healthy routine...all of these things seem inspiring, but when it comes to effort, "nothing."
Change that...get up and work...work for yourself...don't get me wrong, when I say work, I mean attaining your dream self...but it can also mean spending time alone...whatever it is, just do it.
Why do we need to hold back when we need something that requires a lot of effort in life? ...gaining weight, being tired of working hard... isn't difficult; what is difficult is sticking it out through the pain and not giving up, which will give you the results you've always desired...
Here are a few ideas to brighten up your life:
1. Drink more water...
Drinking water as soon as you wake up in the morning is an easy and quick option for clear skin and a quick body detox... do it every day and feel the magic!
2. Skincare routine
Knowing your skin type and experimenting with products until you find what works best for you is a great way to start a skincare routine that you will stick to. Keep things basic at first so you can stick to them.
3. workout
Keeping your body in shape is a great approach to improving your physical appearance. When your face is beaming, you don't want your body to be loose and filled. It's up to you to decide what beauty means to you, but remaining fit helps you stay healthy.
4. Eat healthy
Slow down on junk food and keep your body fueled with vitamin and protein-rich foods; you can improve your detox routine by including more fruits and vegetables in your diet.
5. Work on your hair
Keeping your hair clean, hydrating it, and getting rid of your hair problems is a requirement if you want to look flawless. It may seem intimidating at first, but it will become easier as you get started.
Try fresh hairstyles to liven up your look and style it, but don't overdo it with products that will cause further harm to your hair.
6. Meditate every day
Meditating helps you become more thoughtful, relaxed, and serene.
Keep in mind that meditating is a discipline that requires practice. Begin by meditating for 5 minutes and gradually increase your time. There are a variety of beginner-friendly guided meditations available on Spotify and YouTube.
7. Work on your confidence
The best technique to brighten up is to boost your self-esteem. Confidence really is a game-changer because it determines who you are. Your brave and strong self is defined by how you confront others and present your ideas and thoughts.
8. Improve your self-love
The best method to bring forth your ideal self is to increase self-love and acceptance; things change when you put yourself first. It can be difficult at times, but prioritizing yourself makes you feel better and less worried. Only do what you enjoy for yourself.
9. Start using affirmations
Positive statements that you speak or write are known as affirmations. When you say something often enough, you begin to believe it. These affirmations will rewrite the way you think without you even realizing it if you practice them enough.
And this easy it is to glow up, all you need is staying consistent...
