Chapter 1: Kick…Shoot!

Can a manager like Omar Tarek, who has absolutely no football knowledge, be able to get through his new coaching career and attempt to sort the team to become the greatest? Omar Tarek was only 8 years old when he started to dream about becoming one, along with others to help him to form the best team together with all the effort that they have. He, as a coach, drew a whole team with a trophy, which in his point of view for him. His sister, Zahra Tarek, believed he could achieve his goals. Meanwhile the team “London fc” is one of the teams that were never able to even grab a trophy since their dawn of time. Omar even told everyone in his school about his visions. Now, this is a new Journey of a 28-year-old man Omar Tarek. Omar is from Egypt, and he was the most famous and loved volleyball coach. He always had the best tactics that sometimes led them to both winning and losing. That was all great until he stopped coaching volleyball and wanted to embark on coaching a new sport. He had only found one sport that suited him and that he was able to coach properly other than volleyball. So, it was time for Omar Tarek to head to England to start coaching for “London FC”. The new Manager starts by going to the interview first to talk physically to all the viewers around the globe while the players in the team are watching as well. Omar Tarek starts off by just getting way too apprehensive drinking water quenched his thirst, but he unexpectedly spits the water at half the audience when he felt tense. He makes them soaked in water, and yet he was shocked because of his action. He starts by stating, “Well, uhm, I have nothing to really say.” He gets nervous and starts declaring “I may not have much experience of this sport or know any of its rules, but I definitely can learn with or without the team and surely that this team will give me as much as it can to win as much as possible.” The fans were desperate thinking that this was their time to get ranked low, even the coach’s boss Emma Rose wasn’t that much impressed. Suddenly the captain of the team Martin De Smet immediately got up from his seat announcing that they are most probably screwed this season. Yet, it was time for the new Manager to answer any questions that the fans would have. One observer stood up. It was Robert Mason the journalist. He stands up with full confidence and asks, “So tell me if I am wrong or not, you are an adult who’s only coached ONE sport and he’s never tried coaching any other sport at all, and who is NOW being in command of being part of the premier league?” The coach looks at the Journalist with full confusion and he replies, “Hey man where is the question you’re trying to ask?” Robert starts looking at his surroundings and exclaims,” Well, is this some sort of joke to be coaching a team with no knowledge of you coaching a new sport you’ve never trained?” Everyone in the room starts making fun of the coach because of what Robert bombarded. Quickly everyone in the room starts asking him questions that he tries to answer though he wasn’t able to. Just in time, Emma pauses everyone and orders them all to stop and just in madness she utters, “Well wow! isn’t that just one way to welcome a new coach and we didn’t even see what he could do to be judging him.” Then she takes Omar out of the room, so he starts checking out the place. some point, Omar felt quiver when he went to meet the team.

Chapter 2: The cover

It was finally time for coach Omar Tarek to finally meet his team. They weren’t excited as the coach was because of what they thought of his speech during the interview. No player in the team believed that they could achieve anything in this season, but there was only one player who had a bit of faith, He was James Shearer, the captain of the team. He starts shouting at everyone for chuckling and judging him. He comments on everyone’s behavior, and on what they were saying about their new coach. Omar started to look around the building, and afterwards he went into the locker room. It had all the shirts of each player with their name and their number holding their names. At Last, all the players were still on the pitch practicing for the upcoming match on Saturday 24th September. While the coach was still looking inside the locker room, abruptly all the players finished practice, and every player led his way back home. They all saw him one by one, staring at him then normally going to their locker to take their stuff and leave. Before they even grab anything, the coach stepped in and said “Heyo guys, I’m your new manager as you guys may or may have not already heard, and I’m excited to help you guys with a lot of ways to win.” The team ignored him and were still talking to each other. Once again James Shearer shouted, “OI, EVERYBODY SHUT UP OR ELSE I WILL START PUNCHING PEOPLE”, everyone was as quiet as deafening silence. Omar thanked the captain for silencing everyone, and he continued to ask about everyone’s names. Subsequently, James shearer tells the coach everyone’s names. The captain introduced all the players saying" this is our goalkeeper, Marques Raso. He’s from Portugal,” Raso has curly blonde hair, with his icy eyes and he is quite slim, Raso seemed like he is 195cm tall. Shearer proceeded, “Our Left center back Michael Stones, he’s from England”, Stones has tall black hair with half of his 2 his sides of his hair cut out. He has hazel eyes, and he is quite bulky, and shorter than the goalkeeper by 2 cm. Shearer continued. “Now our right center back Mason Williams, who’s also from England” Shearer continued, "he has the same hair as Marques’s, but he has the buzz haircut. He has yellow greenish eyes, and he is a little bit lean yet he is the tallest out of all of the players in the team which he is 198 cm. Shearer retorted, “our right back Achter Corman. He’s from the Netherlands”. Achter has long hair that even reaches his eyebrows. He has black with grey eyes with lean look. His height was average of 173cm. " our left back Araùjo Silva, and he’s from Brazil”, Followed Shearer. He has black hair but dyed another side of his hair dark blue. As Michael Stones has hazel eyes, so does Araùjo. Although he is bulky, he is only 164cm tall. " Our left center middle is Martin De Smet from Belgium”, He is short black haired, he has golden eyes, and he is rather lean. Still every girl always likes him for being handsome. De Smet is 177cm tall. Shearer sustained. “Our right center middle is me, I’m from Scotland,” Shearer’s hair is quite average long. He is the only one who has silvery eyes, yet he is one of the bulkiest players in the team, and for that reason his girlfriend only liked him, well so he thought… Other players started laughing and James shouts at them “Oi, what do you think is funny?”, he just ignores and continues, " Our Center attacker, Middle Schmidt Fischer, he’s from Germany”. He is one of the most famous players until he lost so many followers for posting too much cool videos of himself. So, people got bored of him. Fischer has short hair with soft brown eyes. His body is leaner than anyone’s else, and he is 176cm tall. " Our left wing, is Ahmed Hassan, he’s from Egypt”, he was the reason Egypt reached the world cup in 2010”, Shearer stated, " He has very short hair and he has dark brown eyes with a thin body. Hassan is only 160cm tall, but he is super talented that helps his team. " Our right wing is Evan Owens from Wales”. He has a hockey haircut, and he has green eyes, and he is so thin, and he is 174cm as well as is Araùjo Silva, Evan Owens is the same height. " And finally, our striker is Vincent Leon from France”, Shearer stopped for a split second. Vincent is the only one in the team who is bald. AND NO, HE DOES NOT HAVE CANCER, he has blue eyes, he is a little bit thin but not as much as the others, and he is 173cm tall.

Chapter 3: Ignorant of the beam of Hope

Later then, all the players arrived just in time, meanwhile the coach was sitting with the secondary coach who was going to help him to train their team. His name was Paul Walter, 31 years old. Omar was desperate apart why people were really hating him. Maybe because he didn’t know much about football as greatly as anybody else. It was time for practice, everyone was ready except for James. He was still talking to his new girlfriend instead of starting with his other teammates. His girlfriend is a hairdresser. Her name was Elizabeth Arthur. She was about 2 years older than James; always fascinating him with her Maron eyes and blonde hair. James & Elizabeth were both so distracted with each other. The coaches didn’t seem to notice that he was gone until everybody noticed that he was absent. Coach Omar left the pitch to find him. Although James was outside with Elizabeth, they were suddenly gone, even coach Omar was confused because he heard their voice. The coach went back to the pitch just to find him starting with the others. Coach Omar thought he was going crazy because of his sleeplessness. After 2 and a half hours of long practice, they finally finished, and it was time for them to go home. Out of nowhere, Emma quickly finds her way down to her worker’s office, Lana Hensley, asking her to contact the journalist to remove the trending news, that a lot of people are finding it quite funny, and it’s an embarrassment to the whole team who are being made fun of. Unfortunately, it was already too late, and he cannot remove it because it has already been seen by almost the whole world. It then came across the whole team and besides that they were agitated because of what they saw. The coaches didn’t know what was going on until they checked Twitter just to see that the whole team was being mocked by the fans because of the bad managers that they had within their team. People thought they were going to get them to lose their next upcoming game tomorrow against Everton and get relegated. It wasn’t going to be that easy to beat such a team, and how they were speaking of how they managed to even reach 12th place after winning 3-1 to Brentford. Coach Omar looks at his office window staring at his player’s sadness spreading through their overthinking, and he knew he didn’t need that to happen to them a night before their match. So, he went to give them a speech to cheer them up. He first took a deep breath and started talking by saying, "Alright, I guess you’ve all seen the posts all over Twitter, and I suppose that some of you guys might be upset, but I get it!”, all of the players look perplexed even some players said “what?” in confusion. The coach then continued, " It’s okay to see that some people, well not some but a lot of people, think of you as a failure to the extent that you believe they hate you, but it doesn’t matter. Are you seriously going to count on someone’s word and pin it in your brain as if, "oh no I’m going to do so bad in tomorrow’s match.” Well, I won’t allow it! Some people can still believe in us. Some still think we can actually win. So, stop thinking negatively about all of those posts and start thinking positively because WE ARE GOING TO WIN!” The players started feel motivated. Later, James gathered everyone together and declared, "Brave kings” on 3”, Everyone starts counting, “1,2,3, BRAVE KINGS”. Therefore, everyone was cheered up and yet ready for the match against Everton.

Chapter 4: He Shoots, He Scores!

The match representatives commenced, “It’s Derby Day, and the atmosphere is tense, with their new Manager Omar Tarek. Will London Fc have a chance to try and make some effort this season? It’s Wembley Stadium within the match being London Fc against Everton. I’m David Garret and I’m with Adam Cromwell.” The fans were worried that they would lose 5-0 or something like that from Everton, but the team players and coach were certainly energized and ready. Then In the 30th minute of the match. The representatives announced. “OH, what a goal from John Allen, he SMASHES the ball into the bottom right corner making it 1-0 for Everton.” The team thinks of a new strategy but completely messes up the defense letting the other team take advantage. Adam Cromwell starts yelling, “and Mark Duke skips the defenders making it a 1 verse 1 against the goalkeeper”. Unluckily Marques Raso totally misses the ball and lets it go in middle left making it 2-0 to Everton in the 41st minute. At last, David Garret concludes, “there it is, the half time whistle, and it was time for both coaches to manage each of their teams. Coach Omar and coach Paul both entered the locker room seeing all the players upset about their gameplay in their first half. The coaches stepped in stating, “Well, you may not have done your best that you did in practice, but you still have 45 minutes to go back there AND SHOW WHAT YOU’VE GOT!” The team was excited once again, but this time more hyped than they were before. “The second half starts once again with only 2-0 going to Everton”, said David Garret. Suddenly Vincent passes through the defense making it against the goalkeeper, and he chips it into the goal making it 2-1. David Garret asked,” Well Adam, what would you say for such experience for the goalie?” Adam Cromwell looks at David and replies, “Well for sure that is the last thing the keeper would want to remember happening.” In the 70th minute Martin passes it to James, and he tries to dribble the defender but OOF it’s a foul for London Fc, and it seems like it will be a yellow card for Wilson Peter. Now James Shearer will be taking the foul that is 31 yards away. Will he make it in making it a tie? “He takes 6 steps back, taking a deep breath, running to the goal... AND SHOOTS.... AND IT’S A GOAL MAKING IT A TIE, WHAT A GOAL FROM JAMES SHEARER” the representatives screamed. The team still had hope. Although there were only 3 more added time, they could have a chance to score a winning goal to get to 10th place. In the 90+2 minutes, “He takes 6 steps back, taking a deep breath, and he runs to the ball and SHOOTS… AND WHAT A GOAL FROM JAMES SHEARER GETTING THE TIE GOAL.” They were stunned. The team still had hope. Although there were only 3 added minutes, “would the brave kings be able to get the winning goal?” The fans deserve to be impressed and think positive about the coach. Araùjo runs upfront with Vincent in front of him. Coach Paul and Omar hoped that he would play the through to Vincent, but they didn’t know that it would be offside. Araùjo decided to solo the defenders. “Oh, Araùjo seems to be doing it alone with the attacker Vincent next to him calling for the ball, but he still decides to go for a solo goal and… OH right over the bar.” Excited were the representatives. “The referee finally then reaches to his whistle calling the end of the game with a tie score of 2-2.”

Chapter 5: Wanted cost?

The fans were impressed by their gameplay; however, they thought that the team captain, James, was the one who made all of those tactics they did in game, but they were all wrong. It was coach Omar! The team headed back to the locker room after the game and continued to celebrate for not losing, since they’ve finally broke their 12-loss game streak. Meanwhile, the team owner, Emma received news that Newcastle wanted to buy Achter Corman for 75 million pounds, even though it was a tough decision to make, she knew she had to ask her supervisor Alexandra Jane since she always made the tough choices easier. Since this one was a bit tough, she had to either not take the deal, or just sell him and buy a new right back to defend for London Fc. The team were jubilating their success in the locker room, but not knowing about the approaching transfers that Newcastle wanted. Neither did coach Omar or Paul wanted Achter to leave their club since everything was perfect, but he said that it had to be done. He was sold to Newcastle united and had to tell the team. He goes to the locker room nervous because of what they are going to say, he thought they’d just get over it but he starts looking at every person. Every player in the locker room and he goes, “Okay everybody, well I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that unfortunately, Newcastle united wanted to buy Achter Corman for 75 million pounds,” Everyone starts shouting and start saying words different than each other to cut off the coach, but then he continues, “BUT, we were able to buy a new right back for our team. His name is Peter Edwards.” The players didn’t seem to be excited since one of their favorite players was forced to play for another club, what they didn’t know that he was great at defending. Only the coaches and the coaches’ boss. Unfortunately, Corman found out that they wanted to buy him, but he didn’t seem like he wanted to leave his club with all of his favorite friends/teammates was hoping that they say no to the transfers, with his unsuccessful luck. They agreed to the transfer, and he will switch clubs to Newcastle. He was surely upset and wasn’t planning on telling anyone in the team about this and let them figure it out by themselves. Coach Omar started to feel a little dizzy. Coach Paul kept asking, “Coach are you okay”, but no response. Omar was getting scared and didn’t know what to do. He went to his office and sat like a chair in one of the corners. Paul carried on following him to find him and see what’s going on. He found Omar sitting in the corner just swinging himself on the chair that moves back and front. It came to Paul’s attention that Omar had a panic attack. Omar seemed like he was worried about on his mom because she has been sick for 6 months, and she has been hospitalized ever since. So, he is worried about her. Paul tried to calm him down; therefore, Omar was feeling a little bit better though he was still worried about his mom.

Chapter 6: Early farewells

The representatives commenced, “It’s another victory for London Fc against Bayern Munich that makes them have 7-win streak and no loses so far. Seems like the coach Omar Tarek might be making a great deal out of his team, but what do we know, they do what they do in the locker room.” Everyone once again goes into the locker room to each one of their lockers, and they’re so happy since they haven’t lost a single match for the past 7 games using their tactics. Coach Omar and Paul were so glad to be on this team and started to think of another tactic to use. Emma Rose on the other hand wasn’t expecting much of the same energy that the players and the coaches had. It was still unfortunate that Emma, and the fans wanted to find another manager for the team and remove Omar Tarek from coaching the team. Although it was a terrible idea, the fans thought that it would’ve been for the better since he didn’t know as much as anyone else. Surely that was the last thing the team wanted to hear; they’ve been celebrating with their coaches way too much but it would break their hearts to hear the unwanted news of changing managers. Emma started to think of a way to figure out how she will tell the team about what is going to happen before their match against Newcastle united. They were going face to face against their players especially with their own players they took from the team, Achter Corman. Emma started practicing ways to state it, “Hello you guys, I know you’re all enjoying your party and everything, but...” she stops and just hopes she doesn’t say it in a deep way. Emma starts walking in the hallway that leads to the locker room. She reaches the door, and takes a look at the team from the door window, takes a deep breath, and goes in. Everyone in the room suddenly goes quiet. Emma starts declaring, “we are sorry to be doing this, but the whole team thinks the best if we… change managers and try to find someone else to manage the team.” The whole team gasps in sadness. Even the coach himself was so upset.

Chapter 7: Served time

The whole team looks at Emma with confusion. Most of the players ask “why?”. Coach Omar steps up and without hesitation starts expressing, “Wait so, the fans still think of me as a bad manager? So, they wanted to withdraw me from the team...?” Emma takes another look at the team and replies, “Well that is sadly correct, they don’t think you’re enough for the team, they even posted a lot of memes on Twitter.” She opens her phone and shows him people mimicking him. James tries to cheer up the coach, “Coach, you know, someone told me before that you can’t just let a random guy make a fool out of you and pin it in your head and start thinking negatively, so you must think positively because it doesn’t matter who cares about you, it’s who supports you.” The coach smiles but still knows this is possibly his end. Emma exclaims, “Omar, you still could have a chance to show that you are worthy of being on this team. He smiles more and says let’s do this then. All the players get excited and go to the pitch to start the match. The representatives started the match by revealing, “It’s another exciting day for the brave kings. could they get another win making it to an 8-win streak making them 5th place on the premiere league leaderboard? It’s Wembley Stadium within the match being London Fc against Newcastle united. I’m David Garret and I’m with Adam Cromwell.” The opposing team player John Harris looks at Ahmed Hassan and utters, “don’t take your loss to hard.” Ahmed ignored him and continued waiting for the game to begin. The game finishes with the score 5-1 to Newcastle, and the fans are furious and wondering what happened. “Well Adam that was an unexpected turn of events for the brave kings, they’ve lost their 7-win streak and could’ve made it 8.” Adam looks at David and answers, “That is one thing the team did not expect at all, especially without their lost teammate Achter Corman.” So, the team has went down the leaderboard becoming 7th place.

Chapter 8:

Once everyone stepped in the room, they were absolutely enraged at their goalkeeper Marques Raso for not saving such “easy” shots that he should’ve saved. The moment he entered the room, and everyone started shouting at him nonsense, but at the last second, his best friend Ahmed Hassan forced everyone to shut up. He stated, “What’s wrong with you guys, don’t you guys see, it’s not him it’s the defense. There is never anyone defending at the backside near him so it would make it a difficult 1 versus 1 seeing 2 opponents coming at him to score.” The players started to rethink about what they said, and yet just calmed down and changed their clothes to return to their homes. Marques didn’t want to go home yet, he went up to Ahmed and asked, “Hey thanks for protecting me.” Ahmed looks at Marques smiling and replies, “Well it’s not everyone’s fault we last one single match.” Marques awkwardly asks him, “By any chance, do you want to go eat out for dinner and maybe hang out?” Ahmed stays quiet for a split second then responds, “Dude I would love to, but I can’t tonight because I’m busy. I have to help my sister pack her things to go back to Germany.” Marques looking upset nods his head, takes his bag and leaves. Meanwhile Ahmed sprints back home since he had to say his goodbye to his sister Jana Hassan because she has to go back to Germany. Ahmed was almost there, and he would be so upset if he didn’t get to say his goodbye before she leaves and won’t see her for the next 3 years, but he is happy for her that she got accepted to go to her dream college. Finally, she opens the door and hugs her family goodbye and leaves a note for Ahmed since he didn’t reach the house yet, she then closes the door and go to the airport. The note was full of love and support to him. Ahmed finally reaches his home, rings the doorbell, and asks, “Did she leave yet?” It was an unlucky answer from his mother Malak Hany. The note was waiting for Ahmed on the dining room table. Ahmed then goes to the Dining room to see the note waiting for him, he picks up the note, and starts reading it:

Ahmed then places the note on the table, goes under the table to see the box colored in blue and pink. He did not know what was waiting for him inside the box. Ahmed opened the box just to see a camera. Ahmed goes to plug in the camera to the computer, and yet he sees all of his memories with his sister. He smiles and just closes the computer and gets ready to go to bed.

Chapter 9:

It was another day for London Fc practice, everyone was changing to the team kit, getting their shoes on and go out to start doing some practice. The only person who couldn’t help not focus was James, he seemed like he was performing terrible at practice. Some players started to notice it, and wondered what was going on, until Martin De Smet walked up to him and started asking him questions like, “Hey brother, you good?” and “Do you sleep well these days” and etc... James yet to zone out and didn’t answer any of Martin’s questions. The truth was that his girlfriend had dumped him after she took all of his friends and money from him so he was overthinking about it for the past 7 days. Coach Omar paces towards James to take him to a private place to let him take some rest, although that wasn’t the problem. After that, everyone continued their practice and everything was going greatly until it gets interrupted by Emma rose, the players gulp hardly, hoping that they wouldn’t lose their coach. Emma called out Coach Omar to go to her office. Omar let coach Paul take over his position until he is back, well at least he said if he will be. Emma then closes the door behind Omar and they both take a seat. She then finally displays what the fans think about coach Omar and it seemed like they were not talking that badly about him. The fans knew that they still give the coach a chance to help the team become better. The coach goes back to the pitch with a sigh of relief, tells all the players that he is staying. Everyone seemed happy, other than James who was still alone somewhere in the building

Chapter 10:

James goes home early hoping that the coaches wouldn’t mind since he wasn’t able to train properly, and couldn’t continue. In the meantime, the team gets so exhausted for training too much than they were supposed to. They had to prepare for the upcoming game tomorrow against the team Borussia Dortmund. James wasn’t sure if he were to be expected to be a part of the match though. He felt like he had a headache, he was stressed and didn’t know what to do. He decided to just take a rest for a little bit hoping he would be okay. Coach Omar notices that James was gone, but it didn’t matter because they continued to get their stuff ready to go back home and sleep earlier than before and hoping James would’ve done the same and to sleep early, little did they know, he was already napping on the coach relaxed but yet still in pain. Coach Omar finally goes home, and he receives a pleasing message from his wife and his kid are coming to London on the next day to watch the team play the match with full excitement to see their husband and dad’s team win the match, but coach Omar wasn’t so happy since he haven’t seen James, he has been worried that they would lose the game because an absence of a player and he was concerned with his health hoping that he was okay and would be able to play the match normally. The coach lays on his beds and closes are eyes, his wish is to show his wife and kid how great his team really is after Omar became a manager for the team, and he knew he can prove that. Coach Paul on the other hand was still trying to make a perfect game plan, he didn’t sleep the 6 hours that he needed to have good energy and have full power to do anything. The game plan was to play the formation of 4-3-2-1 with 1 extra player sitting on a bench will play this game and hope a miracle occurs, Abraham Jackson will be playing the extra center middle position.
