Of all the occupations a person chooses, the career of an entrepreneur is perhaps one of the most difficult. Behind its attractive aspects, such as freedom of action, flexibility, unlimited potential, and the opportunity to live the life of your dreams, lies a harsh reality. And it consists of endless days of work, often lasting until late at night, week after week, year after year. Uncertainty, doubts, mistakes, disappointments are constant companions of entrepreneurs. But they persist in climbing Everest because they know what they are capable of. And the power of influence on the world received in return is worth it.

Simple and effective.

The main thing you need to know about waking up in the morning is that you can change. Larks are not born - they are made. You can be an early bird if you follow simple steps without the willpower of an Olympian.

1. The first step towards an easy and pleasant awakening is to remember once and for all: your first thought in the morning, as a rule, will be the last thing that was spinning in your head before going to bed. If before going to bed it was spinning in my head: "Oh my God, I have to get up at six tomorrow; I definitely won't get enough sleep and I'll be completely broken!" - the first thing that comes to your mind when the alarm goes off: "Damn it, is it already six? No-o-o! I want to sleep!"

You can consider that this is a self-fulfilling prophecy and you create your own reality. Your first step is to consciously and thoughtfully form positive expectations for the next morning each evening.

2. If you haven't already, move the alarm clock to the far corner of the room. Then, when it rings, you will have to get out of bed and get your body moving. Movement generates energy, so once you're out of bed, waking up sleep will be much easier.

3. After getting out of bed and turning off the alarm, immediately go brush your teeth. And be sure to splash a handful of cold (or warm) water on your face. You're probably thinking, "Seriously? Are you reminding me to brush my teeth?" That's it! The whole point is to act automatically in the first few minutes after waking up, giving the body the opportunity to wake up.

4. It is very important every morning to restore the water balance in the body as soon as possible. The fact is that after 6–8 hours of sleep, mild dehydration occurs, and this causes lethargy. Quite often, when a person feels tired (at any time of the day), he just needs to drink water and not sleep. Grab a glass of water and drink it at your own pace. This will make up for the lack of water in the body, which he lost during sleep. (By the way, a side effect of this action will be healthier and younger skin and normal weight. Agree, a good result from drinking water!)

5. The fifth stage provides two options. The first is to put on sportswear, get out of the bedroom and do exercises. You can prepare your clothes before bed or even sleep in them. Yes, yes, you heard right! Make this part of your bedtime ritual. The second is to go to the shower first, as this is a great way to cheer up. However, many people like the reverse order. In a word, the choice is yours.

These five stages allow you to quickly gain momentum and in just a few minutes to become combat-ready, and not feel sleepy and overwhelmed. The sooner you start, the sooner you will get results. Starting tomorrow for the next 30 days, set your alarm half an hour or an hour earlier.
