Let us look at some habits which can make us a successful people. Although I don't claim this list to be exhaustive, but it does give us a general outline for how to direct ourselves for bringing about a better and positive change in our lives. So here we go:

1. Waking Up Early: Waking up early allows us to have plenty of time, especially during the day, to accomplish our tasks. A sleeping person wastes so much of his precious time while sleeping during the day. Chances are that others are sleeping during the early hours of the day and we can get the chance to complete our tasks without external interference. And the time between sunrise and midday is an open time so we can work a heavy deal there. We also get to spend more time in daylight which is a sign of hope as compared to darkness which is a bit gloomy. But be aware that this possible only if we go to be early at night. Otherwise, we may waste our time in the morning because our brain would still be sleeping. However, if we are keen to cash in on the early hours, we may take a nap later in the day to refresh ourselves for the rest of the day.

2. Reading a lot: Reading expands our horizons. It fills us up with information and makes us more aware of this world. This information can come in handy at any time of our lives and it also helps us to reach better decisions in life. It is important that we read useful information, rather than wasting time on useless reading materials which can include certain novels, magazines etc. which contain useless materials. The more we read, the more we equip ourselves with tackling challenges. My experience says to read one book at a time. Otherwise, you will be reading nothing and your flow of ideas will be lost.

3. Being healthy: This includes both healthy diet and health exercises. And it is always a good idea to eat together with our family as well as exercise with some family member. This helps prevent loneliness. But their absence shouldn't prevent us from chasing our goals.

4. No external distractions should effect us: If we focus on our own-selves and our own tasks and goals, we can perform better than if we keep comparing ourselves to others. Everyone has their own pace in life and comparison can put us off our own track of life. Also, every person has his own goal and talent. What one person can do is not necessary that another can do as well. One of our best competitors is our yesterday-selves. Are we better than him?

5. Knowing that time is limited and finite: This piece of information helps us work hard and consistently. Its important to note that consistency is important. Even if we achieve a little at a time, consistency can always get us to our goals. And its important to realize that time flies.

In order to keep ourselves inspired and motivated, it is important that we constantly motivate ourselves. We may use videos on YouTube or other platforms to achieve this. However, it is important that we can recognize that quality is more important that quantity. And for this reason, it is necessary that we be consistent. Even if we achieve very little, but as long as we kept marching forward and were productive in a qualitative sense, we should not let our motivation down. And remember, wasting time on social media, YouTube, and other platforms throughout the day can kill our entire time. So it's best that we check in on those platforms only at the end of the day after we're done with the day.
