Worry is anxiety, please don't let useless anxiety ruin you.
Do you know what anxiety is? Anxiety is human to worry.
Nowadays, people's lives are very stressful, which leads to anxiety in many people. Some people are anxious to survive, some are anxious because of their environment, others are anxious because of their social life and some are even anxious because of themselves.
Anxiety can arise for a variety of reasons, such as psychological stress, work, or in life, in relationships, all of which can produce anxiety or worry. Things that scare us, things that worry us, and painful things can all be anxiety.
If you are in a state of anxiety, then your body is in an unhealthy state. Many people just have some anxiety up to the situation in the eyes of anxiety disorder, so what is anxiety disorder? Anxiety disorder is chronic anxiety, anything can make its anxiety, simply can not control themselves, but also can not change the situation.
Contemporary society actually has a lot of anxious people, and their anxiety is actually just a slight irritation, always feeling haggard and tormented inside. Many people have this state of feeling exhausted, and feeling exhausted is also a state of anxiety.
In a normal situation, we don't get anxious or worried about something. Whether we are in life or at home or work and so on, deep anxiety doesn't help us much, but rather consumes us.
Everyone will have moments of anxiety there is nothing in the world that can be worth your anxiety, anxiety to the end you will find that all this is no big deal.
For example, we will soon face the end of the world, so since this is the case, what else do we need to be anxious about? Immediately ceased to exist, there is nothing worth anxiety, we think more about how to make the last day wonderful.
Many people are anxious not because they are afraid of death, but because of some trivial things in life, troublesome things at work, and some distressing things. And these things at the time may make us fall into a state of anxiety and despair, but after the past and then looking back, these things are small, and not worth our anxiety.
People will encounter a lot of trouble in life, which is the meaning of our existence, but these troublesome things will have a solution. The best way is that we have to accept this thing, only accepting this thing will make their minds clear, accept the reality, and not be trapped by reality. Anxiety arises from not accepting these things, if you take the thin thing, then your problem will no longer be troubling, you will find a way to solve it.
We need to see the deeper level, to see the nature of the world, and to build the right worldview. Many problems are not how we want to develop will develop, many things are composed of a variety of factors, the development of things are not controlled by us, if we, therefore, feel anxious, then we are wrong, we care too much about the matter itself, but the nature of the matter is what? It is for us to find our way to solve the problem and improve it, as the outcome is not so important, some things are just out of control.
It is a good thing that we have some sense of worry, but even better, if we overdo it, then it will backfire on us and cause harm to our body and mind, and once our body and mind go wrong, then it will be bad, it will be a very serious thing, so protecting our physical and mental health is the top priority.
We must stop anxiety, improve anxiety, and reduce stress so that we can maintain a good physical and mental condition, and do what is back to the heart.
