Do we really know who we are?!
Know yourself and make your lives better..

I've always had this questions since my childhood 'Who are we?', 'Why do we have this format of existence?' and so on. Gratefully I've come to about who we really are? And how to define our existence? In this pandemic through some books. I would love to let you people know those facts and spread some positivity amidst this difficult situation.
There are many people around the world struggling with depression, anxiety and what not? I would tell them that all of them are pulling their own lives down by thinking their life's a mess! Yes, that's true. If you feel you are depressed, stressed and nothing seems to work the way you want it to, then it's a big YES that you are attracting all the situations that cause you stress. So how can you stop doing it anymore?
The answer is, Know who you are!
So, who are you? Are you your name, your body, your mind, your heart or your feelings?
No, not any of these defines you/me. With no delay I'm revealing the answer here. It is YOU ARE YOUR 'AWARENESS'. Yes 'AWARENESS!'. Have you ever took your breath with your own consciousness of inhaling and exhaling?! Most of us fail in it. Some of us might think my mind only gives me thoughts and my heart pumps my blood then how come we are not any of these but our Awareness? Yes, all our body does some functions but at the end of all it is our awareness that tells us that each part of our body is doing something.
Our body is merely a combination of flesh and bones in which our soul resides. Soul is the ultimate and never ending thing which we describe as awareness here. So once we are aware of our mind the awareness takes control of or thoughts and even if some terrible thoughts keeps appearing we can easily switch it to a positive thought. In that way our soul always remains happy and calm. If our soul remains happy and calm obviously our lives will move towards the brighter side that we all want.
Our lives are headed on the path of our desired life while we remain awake, it's because our soul then knows there's nothing greater than the present moment. We ourselves will become aware of what we truly want in our lives and will find our true purpose in life by staying awake as we are living the present moment without any thoughts affecting us, in some way other everything that we are passionate about falls in place out of nowhere.
If you all know about 'Law of Attraction' this concept of being awake is very easy to grab. Law of attraction is nothing but the like attracts like. To be more precise 'we become what we think and feel' or 'we attract what we emit (vibrations)'. Obviously if we have negative thoughts we feel bad which emits a bad frequency of vibration so we tend to attract things with same wavelength which is bad as well. Remember that each word that we speak, each action that we do or each feeling that we have emits a range of frequencies which the universe senses and brings situations, people or things of similar wavelength to us. So believe that you can have anything you want just by being positive.
I can hear some of your voices now saying, that's nonsense, and how can someone be positive all the time? And yeah that's not possible as we've been programmed since childhood to specific paradigms. But with consistent practice of being aware and staying as awareness we can break those chain of thought patterns that we often get.
How can you be aware of yourself?
1) Ask yourself 'Am I aware of what I'm doing?' at least 5 times a day
2) Notice what are you aware of?
3) Stay as awareness for at least 5 minutes. You find yourself thinking positive stay in that state and follow your thoughts instead if you feel negative calmly change them to the opposite, think positive thoughts.
Mediation helps a lot in this and the main thing is 'GRATITUDE', which is the greatest way to manifest all your desires very quickly. Because the universe falls in love with a grateful heart. Even though you ain't in the place where you wanna be, just look around you and search for things that you are grateful for. Definitely there will be many things to be it your home, food, health etc., If you learn to appreciate whatever you have now, there's no doubt that your life will take you to higher altitudes for which you must have the right attitude called the gratitude.
So exist as AWARENESS and harness the good that the life has to offer YOU!
