Bad incidents dilute into good memory with time and effort.
from my personal experience

Hello people...
With time and effort, the caterpillar turns into a beautiful butterfly. Similarly, some bad experiences of ours turn into beautiful memories. Times heals some things, fades some experiences.
Let me share with you a very small incident that happened during my college days as an example.
In 2016, I was in my second year 1st semester of graduation(computer science).
We used to have internal exams(usually conducted by our faculty which weighs 25% of total marks) followed by externals(conducted by the university which weighs 75% of total marks). As internals usually conducted by our teachers in our classrooms or labs, so many people like me took it for granted. And we used to have 2 internals for a semester and the best marks out of 2 internals will be considered. First internal I performed well. But I didn't prepare for the second internal. The day came. I dint prepare anything. It was a practical lab internal for data structures and algorithms which is famous for computer science. I thought of cheating in the exam. But I was a little bit scared because that professor was a little bit strict. But I had no option. I went to the lab, the professor gave me an answer sheet and asked us to write an algorithm first, once we write we will be given a computer to execute and show the result. I don't know what to write then I started cheating. It went well for the first few minutes after that I was caught. That's it, she tore my paper and started scolding in front of everyone. I was ashamed. I went out and cried. Then went home. Cried a lot. Don't know with whom I need to share. Then I called my best friend and told her this. I cried on phone telling her. she consoled me but this dint left me. I used to feel bad because once I was a very good student who used to top and get appreciation from teachers. After few days of thinking, I decided on one thing. I need to change and learn something from this. I took an oath not to cheat in any of my lab exams further. So started concentrating on my programming. Took my programming labs seriously. Started to use time in programming labs productively. With all this effort I got good knowledge on my programming subjects because of which I got placed in a very good company. Now enjoying my work at the office, having financial independence. It's also because of that one bad incident.
Recently while talking with a few of my friends on phone, we recalled this incident and laughed over it.
After many years while discussing it with them I felt it like a memory instead of a bad experience. See time fades some things, dilutes the pain and trauma behind them.
The incident which I mentioned above may be very small. I just mentioned it as an example. But the point which I want to convey from it applies to most of the things in life. Some problems fade out, some dilute, some turn into memories with time and effort. When there is a problem or bad experience, put effort to solve it and give some time.
If you are experiencing something now, just sit and think if there is something you can do to correct it or to come out of it. If yes, then go ahead and do it. In the process, you may recall that experience again which may affect your solution to come out. This will be very hard. But don't give up. If there is nothing you can do now, then just give some time. Time decides everything.
That's all people
Bye
Have a great day
