Three is the first number of motion and movement of the flow of energies, the connection between Mind-body and spirit into awareness. Individual expression is linked to three, a choice to practice creative living that results in blissful joy and versatility, symbolizing fun and adventure, followed by reward and success. The Universe is made up of Source Energy, which includes our emotions too, everything is energy, life is all energy and energy wants to move. Our own individual energy can be understood better as vibrating at a certain frequency. If we truly want something in this life, we must truly want it with all our heart and we must rewire our mindset first, a process known as a can-do attitude. We need to manifest what we want internally first before it can transform into reality in the external world. We all need to focus and recenter. When we learn how to accomplish this, magic will begin to reveal itself as a spinning vortex of energy. But what do you really want in this life?

It took me months to contemplate this question or maybe you could say it took me all my life so far. I have never meditated so hard on such a heartfelt topic like this before. What I want deep down is to be myself with no fear of external opinions, I want to be truly loved for me, I want someone who gives as much to a relationship as I do. Then I realized this was me talking to my inner self. I need to truly love myself first before I can attract a partner to do the same. When we learn to truly love our whole being that includes the light and the dark, we will then learn how to Impress people with our souls and not our materialistic wealth. As Marilyn Monroe once said, “Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius and it’s better to be absolutely boring.” When this manifests into the collective mentality the very concept of beauty will change forever. We all have our own individual journeys and yes it can be a tough uphill climb at times but for one thing, be proud of yourself, you made it this far. Do not be afraid to find out who you are, remember creativity is key. Albert Einstein beautifully said, “Creativity is contagious, pass it on.” Do things that put an effortless smile on your face. Don’t stress but relax and allow the vision to draw you in. This is the Law of Attraction.

In order for the Law of Attraction to bring success into your life, we need to learn to receive life to its fullest. This includes being grateful for all the good experiences as well as the lessons found in all the bad ones. Life continually moves forward, even the darkest nights are followed by a beautiful sunrise. With each sunrise is another new opportunity to become a better version of yourself. It's never too late to try and chase your dreams. Allow yourself to awaken into glorious life, the one you can't stop dreaming of. Freedom happens when we master our own energy when we finally choose to consciously believe in our own inner power. We can only do this by remaining calm, focused, and disciplined in keeping our energy functioning at a higher frequency. We must be like the Eagle by flying high above any storms by developing mental awareness.

The key to developing a strong mental awareness is to have your vision in your mindset first whilst working in unison with decisive actions. This starts the ball rolling for your dream to manifest. This is not always a pleasant task to achieve, so remember to rest and regroup when things become choppy. Setbacks can be positive if you allow them to steer you in a better direction by recognizing the lessons in all experiences. Allow perseverance, patience, and faith to take center stage in your story. if you are doing what your heart truly desires your frequency can and will remain high. Don't quit, become one with the Universe and keep taking decisive action, you will eventually succeed when the timing is perfect. Enjoy the journey whilst having a clear vision of your end goal.

In this day of age, it’s a privilege to be a pure soul. My guidelines to you beautiful are to always be raw, be open, be fucking real, there are enough fakes in the world. Speak your truth instead of accepting the behaviors of others. Create your space and create your reality, you are the author, allow your masterpiece to unfold. Rebuild your soul, no one can do it for you. Question everything, practice awareness, and most of all dream. You are loved so don’t focus on the haters, they suffer from inner conflict, a battle you once knew. Pray for their consciousness instead and move on. We all process infinite luck within us when we truly believe in ourselves. Admit it, you are not like the others, that’s the point, to live and breathe connected but yet being aware that we are all unique souls searching for our purpose. Stick with people who bring out the magic, and make you see the world differently. Living a life of love and integrity will allow you to find your spiritual tribe

We're heading to the sevens.

My affirmation: I am a beautiful old soul and I will consciously raise my vibration because I know to become better is to attract better, actions are exquisite and so undeniably necessary. The Law of Attraction is 7 in nature, represented in the beautiful colors of the rainbow. I don’t chase. I attract. Simple. We have 24 hours in a day,168 hours in a week, 49 hours to sleep. Leaving 119 hours to chase your dreams. Will Smith once said; “I believe you need to be educated on what you want to do in life, but I do not believe you necessarily need college to get there”.

What we need to do is give up defining who we think we are, and where we fit into society's socially acceptable boxes. We are free birds so rise to the light. “Three things cannot hide for long; the moon, the Sun and the truth”.- Buddha. Be inspired, stay true to your style, commit yourself to the action and just do it! MAKE YOUR DREAMS REALITY. What is more important the journey or the destination? For me, it’s the company. Everything comes to you at the right time, not giving up on a stubborn heart brings about a new golden era. Remember look for the spark in someones’ eyes, that luminosity can touch you more than hands ever could. Let yourself out of your mind.

If we all just take a moment and step back and look at the bigger picture. If you are alive, breathing, with your hearts beating, life is good. you know why? Because the Universe will provide limitless miracles if we ask and most importantly if we are willing to receive. Our daily life is also surrounded by the perfect teachers, nature, animals, and kids. Be here now in the present, relax and take a deep breath to open up your heart and mind to all opportunities heading your way. If we want to be truly alive we need to learn to see the world anew through our spiritual eye so we may see and feel laughter, art, music, dance, and most importantly love. Tupac once said, “People who were raised on love see the world differently from people raised on survival.”

To live a creative life I love, I make sure to meditate every day. I start with offering gratitude for the chance to see another day. I ask for guidance in how I may evolve in continuing my quest to truly love and forgive myself. I pray that all the souls to eternity and beyond learn to love and forgive themselves too. We all have a purpose in this life, it's our born-given right to figure that shit out. I continue in asking for strength and courage to let go of any attachments that do not serve me. I pray my compassion meets those hearts seeking self-liberation. Paramahansa Yogananda an Indian monk, nailed it with the following quote, “True self-analysis is the greatest art of progress.”

The truth is that you glow differently when you consciously act and communicate from a place of self-love. The universe aligns you with people, things, and situations that match the energy and frequency you are transmitting. The more we strive and work hard the more we raise our vibration. Set aside the mind, time, and the passion for commitment. Sometimes music is all you need to find your answers. We must use the powers of imagination and envision who we want to be rather than who we think we are now, which is most importantly who we think society perceives us to be. In order to do this, we need to be aware of who and what drains our energy.

Truth is hard when it hurts you, but priceless when it helps you improve your life. When we are straight up about who we are, it will either draw people closer or push them away. This is nothing but your energy aligning into your authentic frequency. Enjoy the present moment because that’s all we truly have. Devotion to self-love keeps your emotions at the highness level of peace. My life would be balanced with a partner who I can talk to like lovers and yet to live like best friends. Until we men and women start having honest conversations about who we truly are we will only experience love as a temporary emotion, and not a way of life. We need to make the urgent call to combat our scars left behind by past trauma. Life is a two-way street we got to give and receive, accept the good with the bad. Communication is a fundamental key, we need to stop being afraid to speak about where we're at in life and how our mental well-being stands. Just by simply holding the intention of sending love and light into the world, we will raise its vibrations. Always be thankful and fill up on gratitude, you’ll start to attract prosperity and abundance. Never give up on the spark that makes you, YOU.
