AK ‘the MasterMinds’ from Ibb Yemen , grew up in the Central Valley, 30 miles north of Bakersfield in a little town called McFarland . Surrounded by Hispanics AK’ picked up Spanish before English. Thanks to his mentor Ernesto Castillo Morales that taught him how to read and write Spanish , AK’ became fluent in Spanish and was the 1st in his family to achieve that. In elementary school, many of his childhood friends thought he was Hispanic for the way he would sing Spanish songs in class and on lunch break. What a start , the story gets better though .

Despite his juvenile record his dreams and goals had just been born. After being expelled from McFarland High School in 2009 , AK’s father (Mansoor Alhomaidi) sent him back to the motherland where he studied Islam and Arabic in Ibb Yemen. Returning to the states in November of 2011 with 12 songs written and ready to be recorded ,AK’ was ready to run the family business along start the dream by recording his 1st mixtape “Memories Forever Lasting”. When asked why do you love music he replied ,”Music is the passion that derives me to do better everyday , it was what helped me stay in my fathers store and not hit the streets as an adult.” 18+

At 19 years old AK’ released his 2nd mixtape released under the Blaze A Lot Records called “The Collaboration B4 Da Saga” along with many features from the squad. Eventually by 2015, AK’ & Raskal 559 departed from the BlazeALot Team and started their own label called Bricks Gang Entertainment. Releasing many mixtapes from “TrapHouse Stories : the saga continues” ,”Blue Rags2Riches” ,”The Plug & The Profit” ,”The Rebirth” ,”Stolen Property” & “Empire” BGE continues. Introducing himself as the worlds first rapper to merge English , Spanish and Arabic on the same song fluently . This young man has an incredible aspiring promising start. But wait though…

In 2016 , AK’ lost his cousin due to gang violence that made him reconfigure what’s in plot. Avoiding any troubles AK’ stayed out the way for a couple of months then finally disappeared out the frame for good. Family and friends wondering where AK’ had gone after selling a couple thousands copies on the streets and in his fathers supermarket AK was still nowhere to be found. January Of 2017 AK’ reported back to his siblings from the Middle East. He was safe and sound living in the suburbs of Ibb AK’ was looking forward to a beautiful wedding. At 22 years old AK’ tied knots and got married. Thinking of never going back to the states and not wanting to live in Yemen during a civil war , AK’ and his spouse fled to Egypt where they spent the next year happily devoted to marriage in Cairo, Egypt.

Coming back to California in beginning of 2018 AK’ had a plan for growth outside his family business. A team of fellow members helped grow the next up & coming projects . “4 years into growing my business which also includes (Bound2Win Boxing Gym ran by coach Edwin Rodriguez & B2W official clothing line with younger brother Nabil YW) things are only coming along , just as god want “ he quotes . Along with his music in better position today which can be streamed on all music platforms AK’ came back to work like a racing horse. From rocking in big stages with Philthy Rich to doing small private venues this remarkable rapper keeps going. And when asked about what he would want to be remembered as he said, “Reach the youth in a positive manner , educate , discipline and also encourage the youth to do better in themselves as well providing excellent reputation to the community .
